Cleanliness, hospitality, tranquility, breakfast, and above all the owner are TOPPPP!!
Biagio, with his smile and his irony, brightened our days, recommended excursions and places to eat without ever missing a beat, and above all, was always available for our every request... in short, we felt at home!!!

First of all, I must thank Biagio, the owner, who made us spend an unforgettable week with my daughter. In the end, I asked him to extend our stay by one more night, and he immediately accepted the proposal. The environment is very well-kept, we felt at home, the breakfast is very abundant and varied with special treats. Biagio dedicated time to us every day, giving us practical advice on places to visit, excursions, beaches, and restaurants, all with a smile and professionalism. Lastly, outside there is a relaxation area with a beautiful pool. The location of the B&B is strategic because it is close to Praia a Mare, Diamante, and half an hour from Maratea. We will definitely recommend it.

First of all, a special mention goes to Biagio, the owner: a truly exceptional person. From the moment of booking, he proved to be extremely available, very kind, and incredibly courteous. At the last moment, we needed to change the date of our stay, and he was very understanding and accommodating, which is far from being taken for granted. Throughout our stay, he made us feel at home, always with a smile, ready to offer valuable advice on beaches, restaurants, places to visit, and activities to do in the area.
The property is simply stunning. Modern, meticulously cared for in every detail, with a green soul that is felt everywhere. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, clean, and tastefully furnished; some even have a direct view of the splendid pool, which is a true added value. The pool is fantastic: perfectly maintained, relaxing, and ideal for enjoying moments of pure relaxation.
Another strong point is the location: strategic, just steps away from everything. In just a few minutes, you can reach Praia a Mare and San Nicola Arcella, while Maratea is only half an hour away by car. It is the perfect starting point to explore one of the most beautiful areas of the Coast of the Cedars.
It is rare to find a property that can combine hospitality, professionalism, comfort, beauty, and attention to guests so well. Congratulations to Biagio, who with his passion makes this B&B a special place.

A Must stay. Biagio made this place 5-stars
If you want to feel like family, stay close to beautiful beaches, this is the place to stay. The host Biagio was awesome. I never saw such a hardworking young man. The surroundings are serene and hotel is set up with an industrial look. Biagio served us every morning a beautiful breakfast and he was always there with a welcoming smile. He gave us the best recommendations to restaurants and attractions. We quickly became friends with one of the restaurant owners who also gave us a personal pasta making class. We will definitely be back. We not only miss Scalea, but we’ll definitely miss Biagio.

A corner of Paradise
I can’t repeat enough how much I loved 87029 House! Baggio warmly welcomed us, gave us plenty of advice about the area and was attentive to our well-being and satisfaction during the stay.
The place is superb, an old warehouse renovated with great taste in a style happily mixing industrial design with vintage. Everything is extremely clean.
The swimming pool is a haven of freshness in the heart of Calabrian summer. The entire electrical system is powered by solar panels and the air conditioning works perfectly well. The breakfast (sweet) is very hearty and varied and the bedding comfortable.
It feels wonderful in this heavenly place.
I was in Scalea to discover Papasidero, the village of my grandparents, about 30 km in the mountain above Scalea.
So it was an important and emotional moment for me. I was able to share it with Baggio who thanks to his kindness and kindness made this trip even more memorable. A big thank you!
