A cozy B&B, located in a strategic area of Sassari

Walter, the owner, is very kind and empathetic. The B & B is cozy, located in a fairly suburban area of Sassari, near the exit for Strada statale 131 but not far from the center (viale Italia area). Large bedroom, bathroom for exclusive use for me (does not accommodate people who are strangers to each other), hearty breakfast. Clean and quiet environment. Walter has a kind of agreement with a local neighbor (restaurant/pizzeria) really quality. If the opportunity arises, I will definitely return.

Excellence!

The flat is well situated about 10 minutes walk from the centre and the old town. Walter and Daniela were perfect hosts - they were waiting to greet us, helped with our luggage, suggested places to eat and visit and even lent us an I-pad charger for the night! The rooms were comfortable and very clean as was the bathroom. Faultless!!

great place

I spent one week in this nice place. The owner were very friendly and the facillities clean. The breakfast was good! Wifi was alson available in a good quality. Busses and the tram is very close as well as pizzarias.

Il corallo

Prenoto spesso in questo b&b. Ne ho conosciuto altri,ma niente a paragone. Walter ti accoglie, ti coccola con piccole accortezze (tipo papassine buonissime) e non è mai invadente. Le stanze, il bagno, è tutto sempre pulito. Non entra il rumore dalla strada e quindi si dorme. Consiglio di provare, grazie Walter per farmi sentire a casa ogni volta.

Come essere a casa

Un luogo accogliente, pulitissimo, ordinato con un arredamento di buon gusto. L'accoglienza impeccabile e il servizio ottimo. L 'ambiente, nel suo complesso, ti da la sensazione di"essere a casa". Consigliatissimo!
