Very nice
Beautiful room, spacious and comfortable. It has air conditioning, refrigerator, coffee machine and kettle. Well equipped, with a wide assortment of products for breakfast the next day or as a snack during the afternoon.
Location 10 minutes from Sarzana Train Station and a supermarket, next to free parking and also has parking within the property upon request.
The owner was permanently in touch by whatsapp to answer questions.

It's never pleasant to write critical reviews, but I think it's important for those who consult services like TripAdvisor and useful for those who manage the facilities to improve their services. It is also necessary to tell the truth about one's own experiences.
So let's start with the positive aspects of Suite Simonetta, starting from the kind and courteous owner Stefania. Despite the fact that the guest house is located in Sarzana suburb and in a building not really beautiful, you can take advantage of an indoor parking (uncovered) + € 10 and finally accessing the area of the rooms you have a modern, tidy and fragrant.
The room has a great look, tastefully decorated and with everything you need (and even more) for a DIY breakfast (coffee maker, packaged snacks, cups, etc.).
The downsides, however, come when you look at the detail and notice how the structure, although very recent, is not free from defects. The refrigerator is incredibly noisy, so loud that it has to be turned off at night, otherwise it will be impossible to sleep, a bit like mosquitoes entered because of the windows left open. The surfaces are basically well maintained but not spotless, for example the bathroom with toilet roll almost at the end and toilet circle to wash...
Here are these details - which are vitally important - we need to look at them much more carefully, because the potential is there, but we cannot limit ourselves to oversights of this kind, especially given a price practically similar to that of hotels of equal standing.

Nice room 15 minutes from Lerici
Small room with bathroom and small terrace (the superior) in a building in Sarzana, a quarter of an hour's drive from the sea (Lerici).
Very helpful host, he let us find vegan and gluten-free products on request for breakfast in the room.
Overall comfortable and equipped room, even if without soundproofing.
Wide availability of free and public parking in the immediate vicinity.
Absolutely competitive prices for area, period and quality offered.

Dall'esterno non sembra...e invece è molto carino
Appartamento situato al primo piano con varie camere, all'ingresso sembra un vero hotel o meglio sembra di entrare in una spa... molto profumato l'ingresso con espositore di profumatori per ambiente infondo al corridoio. Camere pulite e curate in piccoli dettagli. Un buon letto comodo. macchina da caffè in capsule in camera comprensivo di capsule di caffè e deca. Marmellate,nutelline, croissant,crostatine,pulmcacke,succhi di frutta,yogurt,burro,fette biscottate,brick di latte e acqua.
Bagno spazioso e moderno. Dall'esterno sembra di essere capitati in un condominio e ci si aspetta una litigata, invece una volta entrati ci si dimentica dell'esterno.

Comodo x visitare le 5 Terre
B&B situato all'interno di una palazzina vicino al centro di Sarzana.Con possibilità di parcheggio all'interno del cortile dello stabile oppure fuori. Comodo x visitare le 5 Terre partendo comodamente con il treno a 10 Min a piedi . Il beb ristrutturato di recente è pulito e curato in tutti i particolari e Simonetta molto gentile e disponibile. Buona anche la colazione in camera.
