Just a few steps from St. Peter's and the Ottaviano metro stop, a very nice place.

Spend the extra bit of money and stay elsewhere!!
First and foremost please note this is not a “city hotel” as stated on loveholidays, it is a room in an apartment complex inside an area where the can only describe as a university accommodation, with a communal seating/ microwave area. There is also no reception area despite loveholidays saying to “check in with reception timings.” On the loveholidays email confirmation it does also say to check in with the “hotel” 48 hours prior however this is not made clear at all and multiple people have had this issue!!! We had to wait for loveholidays to call the“hotel” before a lady then had to come find us and show us to the room!!! Which was around an hour wait. Not even to mention the number to call the hotel does not work and again has been said by multiple people. There was no ac and considering it was 27 degrees the room was like a sauna, and to top it all off the heating was on at the same time! On our second day I went to use the hair dryer and the power cut out and left us with no electricity we sent a text to the number they had provided an we got a response that someone would have a look into this and we never got told if it got resolved and had to check ourselves after we “thought” this had been solved, we then went to use the hair dryer again to which the power went out again!! We messaged the provided number and this time never got a reply from them, we had to look into it ourselves. The walls are paper thin with wallpaper hanging off the corners of the room and you can hear everything everyone is doing even in the middle of the night!!!! There are also bugs on the balcony which came through the crack under the door into our room. Location is good everything is a walking distance and the balcony view was nice (minus the bugs) but everything else with this room was horrible! We usually aren’t fussed about hotel rooms etc as we are going to be out all day however I would not recommend this place to stay, I don’t know how loveholidays still has this advertised!! Spend the extra bit and stay elsewhere to enjoy your trip!!

Incompetent
Rude staff on the phone. First they accept bookings with Wonderbox Voucher with an addition of 30 euros to stay. We accept the conditions we send the data and magically now they are fully booked after bouncing between several people who should work there. If you are not able to manage your bookings change your profession

Terrible
Terrible. We enter and we have to go to the 5th floor with an elevator that looked like it was going to fall at any second once we arrived they have as a room one higher than what we had reserved the place itself was ok and the room was clean once we were settled in we just realized that the air conditioning wasn’t working so we called the hotel so many times I don’t remember how many times we called then when they finally picked up the phone they said someone was going to fix the air conditioning in the end they didn’t fix it after that the electricity in the building went out to return after some minutes. In the afternoon at 19:30 they were still saying that someone was coming to fix the AC (just listing because no one appeared ). As I convinced them to change room we went back to the rooms, and again the light was gone it was 20:00. They were telling me why they should change the room if there’s wasn’t light. I told them because when the light return at least we will have AC. They changed us the room. We went for dinner and came back to our building that was the only one without light, we went up again 5 floors with stairs. I asked them if they know anything about the light and they lie again, they said during the night it will return, we leave the hotel at 11:00 and the light hasn’t return. Now I know why they were refusing to change the room because they already know there was not going to return during the night. Me and my family are very disappointed because the place could be very nice.

WARNING DO NOT BOOK
DO NOT BOOK .. booked a package holiday via Love Holidays .. nowhere on the booking did it say the reception wasn’t 24 hours .. arrived later than planned due to flight delay and could not enter hotel leaving us to sleep on the streets which as two young women travellers left us feeling very unsafe and vulnerable
