Ideal place to stay in Rome

Lovely place to stay near the Vatican but also only a few metro stops away from the tourist sites. Room's are very quiet and nicely decorated. Valentina was a really lovely host

B&B all for us!

We booked all 4 rooms available being in 9! Metro and parking for nearby cars. 15 minutes walk from the Vatican! Nice B&B, very comfortable, tastefully decorated, very comfortable beds. Our little dog super accepted. Italian breakfast, we suggest a little more variety in fresh croissants served in the morning
We recommend the stay definitely!

Lovely apartment in Rome

Lovely modern apartment in a great location in Rome. Short walk to St.Peters Basillica. Loads of restaurants within short walking distance. Excellent host who welcomed us on arrival. There were lots of stairs to get to the apartment. There was a dodgy looking lift that we didn't risk. The room was everything we needed. I went with my son to see the Diamond league athletics. The room had twin beds, a very modern bright bathroom with a walk-in shower. There was a fridge and a safe. There was a big step from the beds towards tge bathroom. I dont have great sight so had to be careful of this. Breakfast was available at an extra cost of €7 each. It was a very Italian breakfast ( Bread and Cake, coffee and juice. ). I'd definite stay here again if visiting Rome again

Excellent as base for Vatican/Basilica

From the beginning Valentina was an excellent host; friendly, professional and helpful. The room is spot on, very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was lovely. The building is very secure, it is in an excellent position for visiting Vatican Museums (5 mins walk) and St. Peters Basilica (15 mins walk around Vatican walls). There are plenty of shops, bistros, restaurants and bars, good quality meals and quick snacks all available and at reasonable prices.....the best part is sitting outdoors and watching the world go by. At the end of our stay Valentina helped with taxi arrangements to Ciampino Airport, all in all a brilliant stay, brilliant host and highly recommended if you want to stay near to Vatican (whilst here we visited all the main sites like Trevi, Spanish Steps, Colosseum, Venetian Palace...we walked everywhere at around 20,000 steps a day just to give you an idea...there is a great metro system which we used once, easy and cheap but totally packed out...we preferred the walking). Thanks Valentina, when we return to Rome we'll be staying with you again, Dave and Paula x
