Incredible service

Spotlessly clean room, quite comfortable with a large bathroom.
The owner was incredibly helpful in both giving advice on sightseeing and getting around and any other help we needed. The metro is a 5 minute walk away and the bus stop is right outside the building.

Nice B&B not far from the centre

Good location. 12-15 min by metro to all main sights. Very good and cosy rooms, nicely decorated. We were a bit scared about the noise from the main street but slept well after all day walking round the city. breakfast was disappointing, cappuccino and some sweet cake, which they say a typical Italian breakfast. We are not used to eat sweets in the morning :-( Overall, OK

Great stay with Maria Elena.

I spent 4 nights in a double room . Rooms nicely decorated, equipped with everything you need . One large bathroom for three rooms, a daily sweet breakfast sweet with a delicious cappuccino , very close to the subway. And the most important is the kindest Maria Elena , which is good advice what to see, what kind of ticket on the metro to buy , where to eat good pizza and tiramisu :) Thank you and best regards !!!

No complaints at all!

Maria's B&B was fantastic! It is ideally located just outside the hustle and bustle, but close enough to reach it if desired! The rooms were cosy and the facilities superb! The best part about this B&B however, is the owner Maria. She was lovely and gave us many tips and tricks for sightseeing in Rome and helped us out immensely! P.s her Cappuccinos were amazing! I definitely recommend staying here!

Maria was very helpful!

the host of this hotel ( or B&B) Maria was very nice.
She sent me an email remind me how to get to her place in a easier way. It was quite easy to get there.
She made me a coffee in a morning, I and my fd are stilling missing it.
The room and shared bathroom was clean. I will stay here next time if i travel to Rome again . But i am not going to recommend single girl to stay here , at night the street was a little bit quiet and some guys were staying at the street they were a little bit strange.
