Interesting upon first arrival

5 stars review for Elena, the housekeeper, chef, and wonderful assistant at B&B. She greeted us with the keys and showed us each room and our room during our stay. She doesn’t speak English, but with my Italian translator app we did just fine :) thank you Elena for your hospitality and kindness! You made our stay fantastic! Elena makes a homemade breakfast every morning and brings it to your room at whatever time you like. This was wonderful!!! Her croissants were amazing!!! Gratzie Mille Elena!?
As far as the B&B, it was a shock to arrive to a busy street and gate with the BB located on the 4th floor. We waited outside a few minutes until Felice the owner came out. He does not answer his cell phone often and it was hard to get ahold of him when we first arrived. They had to switch our room during our stay, which we have never dealt with before. So that was interesting. The facilities were clean but not exactly what the photos had shown. Elena made our stay wonderful and worth it! The location is great and is a 5 minute walk from the Metro and 15 min walk to the Colosseo. Gratzie Felice and Elena!!

Santa Croce in Gerusalemme

Great place next to a most fantastic church with the relics of the crucifixion of Jesus, the Christ. Warm welcome, clean, safe, comfortable rooms. Breakfast not so great. But coffee from the vending machine is good.

Stay at Santa Croce

The hotel was fine, nice bed and lovely breakfast, shame about the fleas - if it wasn't for them I'd stay there again, plus they said they spoke English at the hotel - they don't but the woman did her best under the circumstances

A welcome reprieve from the busy city.

The owner met us at the door our first night and wasn't even upset that we were late. He was very kind and gracious and helped us with our bags. He provided a map and some recommendations and directions to some sight seeing.
They brought us breakfast in bed, which was delicious and delivered exactly on time. We explained that we were leaving early the next morning, and that we wouldn't need breakfast. But when we returned from a long day, they had given us some coffee and cakes for the next morning.
The location is great, the management was gracious, and the room was beautiful and well equipped.
10/10 would stay again!

Very cosy

Good location, just two stops away from Termini Station by subway. We stay in a very large room with a balcony. The bath is outside the bedroom what can be an inconvenient for some guests. The staff was very kind and helpful. We were served a wonderful breakfast en suite everyday. It's very close to Coliseum and to the Archbasilica of St. John in Lateran. It's not so close to the other main attractions but if you don't mind using public transportation, it won't be a problem.
