Really a pleasant surprise

Small hotel in an excellent location, just steps from Termini station. Clean, with all the comforts, I do not understand why only 2 stars, perhaps because not all rooms have a private bathroom. The service, kindness, and availability of the staff are five-star plus.

Top location

The hotel location is excellent. Termini station is just across the street. Rome attractions are relatively close. All main Rome attractions are reachable by foot. My room was very clean. Guests can use kitchen and fridge.
I would go again if the price is ok.

Honestly......extraordinary service and availability!! I don't give it 5 stars because for us it was a bit problematic to go to the bank to deposit the advance, I think they should improve that since those of us who are outside the country going to a bank is already almost obsolete and it is true that the reception service It is until 10:00 at night (we went in June 2024) but that also happened to us in other places in Europe so it doesn't seem so out of the ordinary to me... the fact is that they gave us excellent service for being two stars issue that made me very nervous. Super clean, Elisabetta is wonderful and all the reception staff are 100% available. Thanks to Elisabetta we didn't miss a wonderful trip to Tivoli, we asked for a room with an integrated bathroom and it was mini mini but it didn't even bother us, less than 5 minutes from the Roma Termini station walking with suitcases and one minute from the central market (which is inside almost from the station) where we ate and drank excellent wine every day, magnificent location since we were traveling by train to other regions. Thank you for the excellent service to the staff at Hotel Rossi, some of whom speak Spanish and English.

We did not expect such a serene and functional welcome.

Quiet, very clean location and really friendly, affable, very knowledgeable and helpful reception staff. We had a really good time. Very well served by services, the radio taxi cooperatives trust them blindly and always show up on time when booking vehicles. We will definitely return (From Sicily).
