Lovely place and convenient to everything, near the center and UnitelaSapienza. Very nice rooms and excellent cleanliness. I had a great time. Too bad to get back in.

The right balance between savings and functionality

In a period like this characterized by the massive influx of tourists in the Capital both for the Jubilee and for the death of Pope Francis, it is difficult to find a cheap and economic structure. But I must admit that RoomA B&B was a pleasant discovery, the right mix of savings and functionality. Central area, very close to Termini station. Ideal for those who have to go to the Policlinico Umberto I (simply cross the road). Located in a residential neighborhood full of free parking available to anyone (you will find them at all hours of the day and night). Metro just a stone's throw away, an area full of bars and supermarkets. Recently renovated rooms, equipped with every comfort, equipped with air conditioning for summer and thermo for winter. Clean and quiet environments, you do not hear noise at night and you sleep well. Antonio and his team are welcoming hosts and always available to satisfy every need of their customer. I will definitely stay there again.

Really Impressed

I was very happy with my stay at RoomA B&B. Everything worked like a charm. Good, clean room, friendly staff (no English though), got a voucher for breakfast. And the price was super cheap. All in all, mighty impressed.

Cheap BandB but you get what you pay for

This is not really providing breakfast. They offer packages of horrible croissants or a voucher for a cafe round the corner. BUT the room is of a good standard with all you need. The place is on the fourth floor of an apartment building. Looks like they coveted a normal apartment to four hotel style rooms with ensuites.fair value but dont exoect a hotel style stay. Walking distance to Policlinico Metro which is only two stops from Termini.

Best place for a wondeful vacation

Perfect location, nice and comfortable rooms, beds and excellent people to take care of your vacation. I am very impressed! Breakfast at the near café, 5 min walk to the metro station. Close distance to the Italian culture!
