Great value at fair price

I am a usual Customer and I always had good experiences here, also trying different rooms of the facility. Angelo and his staff are very friendly and responsive, the room has everything you need at very reasonable price and location is super centric and strategic, which makes me value really a lot the proposed offering. Strongly suggested for comfortable stay in the heart of Rome.

We're not here.

Thrilling experience: Dusty, poor soundproofing both from the other rooms and from the outside causes 80s fixtures, stained bedspreads as well as sheets, raised flooring, bad bathroom with sanatrix toilet connected to the sink tap: as soon as you turn on the water, the sanatrix begins to make horror movie noises.
It is true that it is quite cheap compared to others in the area but if from the photos I could see the state of the rooms, I would have quietly paid more to have a minimum of comfort

Zero seriousness, reservation canceled by them after 3 weeks from confirmation

I was supposed to stay here from March 15th to 17th, having booked in advance on January 28th. This morning the platform through which I had booked my stay informed me that my reservation had been canceled due to overbooking, despite the fact that the structure itself had confirmed not only the booking but also the check-in time that I had specified 3 weeks before.
People like this shouldn't be in business nor on platforms considered "reliable", thanks for ruining our holiday!

Functional, well furnished.

Strategic location, close to the Piazza Bologna metro, in a safe context of an area with many clubs. Quick, courteous and efficient welcome. Spacious room and bathroom, with some signs of wear but I don't know where this isn't found in Rome. Advised. I'll be back.

Good business stay

Excellent location near the subway, supermarket and numerous restaurants, nice area easy to reach. Fairly comfortable, clean rooms, good value for money, a few flaws but all in all quite satisfactory.
