Nice place beside the train station

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, it was very clean, spacious and everything I looked for. Andy was so helpful and polite. The place is not far from the train station. It was a very nice stay and had a good time

Perfect for a short break

We booked this guesthouse through booking.com for 3 nights in Rome and were 100% satisfied with the service we received. Before we arrived, our host had contacted us to find out what time we would be arriving to ensure we were met at the door. He gave us a detailed map, some tour information, our breakfast vouchers for the cafe around the corner and just some general info too which was helpful.
The room was ideal for us, everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. It had a personal touch staying inside a Rome apartment block rather than a hotel chain. Tea/coffee making facilities were available in the room, a spacious wardrobe, TV and a clean bathroom.
The location was also brilliant, less than a five-minute walk from the Termini station. We paid for the Omnia pass and you can catch the Omnia bus from the Termini station so didn't have to walk far for our adventure to start.
Would definitely recommended staying here and I would return when I visit Rome again.

Birthday weekend

Very nice B&B/Guest house. Blink and you would miss the entrance. Nice room, very clean and new. Breakfast not served on site but in a couple of bars nearby. Very convenient for Termini station and FCO airport. Most of all, the owner, Ermano, and host, Andy, were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Thank you so much! Would recommend for sure

Excellent Location

We stayed here in mid June and had a great stay. There was a bit of a mix up with the room we were staying in but this was all sorted by the lovely host. The location was great, just 5 minutes walk from Termini Station and a few restaurants close by. The room was small but clean and modern and had free wi-fi, there was air con however we kept the window open instead. The bathroom was small but had everything we needed. There was a small lift, so we put our luggage in the lift and walked up the stairs. You get given breakfast coupons to use at one of two cafes just around the corner. The breakfast was a hot drink, juice and a pastry which changed each day. Would stay here again if I went back to Rome.

Great Location in Rome

This is well located near to the Termini station. We stayed for 2 nights at the start of our 2 week holiday. Our host, Andy, could not have been more helpful. He suggested places to see, places to eat, how to get there, either on foot or which public transport to use. The room was comfy and had a good, modern bathroom. Breakfast was at a choice of two cafes round the corner. Although centrally located, the room was quiet. It was a traditional apartment block with marble staircase and a lift in the centre. Had a great time and would use this again.
