Nice stay

Really nice place with short walk to all the great attractions of Rome. We stayed in a large apartment with private bathroom and fridge. The place is located in a really cozy area with many small streets. The roof terrace was large and spacious. We would love to come back.

Be careful it's not a hotel it's barely an rbnb

it is not a hotel while rented as such, they are rooms with more than fine walls , you have the impression to be in the neighbors , room overlooking the elevator shaft , chek in not at this address about 200 m , a very dirty teapot , in short very disappointing ....

Very very average

The location of the hotel is very good, however it is the only positive thing I remember about these 5 days.
Very unpleasant housekeeper, the place is more than obsolete ventilation noise all night and common areas not maintained. The wifi works half well for one night but really no more, some hotels as well located are much more pleasant.

Mediocre accommodations in a good location

Stayed here while traveling through Rome. The location is near the major tourist sites, which is a plus. The bed is extremely uncomfortable and all of the linens were very cheap. Linens were also all doused in fabric softener. If you’re taking a car they will also have to drop you a bit away because it’s down some very narrow streets.

Attic in converted apartment labeled “Hotel”

Despite being advertised as a hotel, it is most definitely not a hotel. This place is a large apartment that has multiple rooms considered to be “hotel rooms”. Our room was a converted attic, at the top of a terrible staircase with a bathroom that smelled like sulpher and was basically a sauna. To check in, you have to walk 4 blocks down a road and walk into a random building with no signs or anything. The only way we could’ve known this was to check our Expedia messages (no email, no text, no confirmation message, nothing). There is never anyone working in the hotel - in fact the power went off and we actually were responsible for turning it back on. They never realized and didn’t even turn the AC back on (it was the middle of July, 100 degrees out). All in all, pretty brutal experience considering they advertise themself as a 3 star hotel, and have 4 stars on google. Location is only positive.
