Absolutely no regrets. I was a little worried about other’s reviews but having been to Italy a number of times this is a very normal accommodation. The neighbourhood is great and we walked to most everything except the vatican. The price was fantastic and the room was quiet. Thank you.

There is no staff, no reception. You have to wait in the street by the door, and contact them by WhatsApp! Finally they give you code to get into the building. This is not a hotel, very unusual. I have never had a bad experience like this. We were assigned room #3, very very small, almost impossible to take a shower. The area for taking shower is very very small. It is around. 24 X 14 !?! They made the bed, and changed the towels daily however the container for soap was empty and never was filled!?!?! Overall very bad experience, 3 uncomfortable night. Very very uncomfortable shower.

The location was good and quiet, but the facility was not. We arrived in our room to find a broken toilet seat, a ceiling pendant light hanging only by a screw, and a shower panel in poor condition. Hope they fix before someone else use it.

poor service could not even checkin after wasting over an hour trying to reach reception

no one available for check in. Person who answered phone call said was not the place of accommodation. Took 90 minutes of trying to work out with booking agent to then cancel accommodation and find more expensive accommodation more inferior last minute elsewhere.

Honestly expected more! It said to contact them if we will check in after 20:00. I tried calling a few times with no answer and when i texted them on the app i was getting responses only from a non helpful bot. We arrived at the address but we didnt know which exactly was the place and thankfully a man that was living in yhe building let us in the hallway. We tried contacting them again and called two other numbers displayed at the door with no answer as well. Finally I managed to open a chat with the actual host and not a bot and we managed to get in our room at 00:00, after an hour of unsuccessful attempts. The room was alright, it was pretty clean but a little small. Thankfully we only spent a night there so it didnt really matter. However there was no hot water at night and it didnt hwat by the morning so we had to shower with the kettle.
