outstanding hotel experience.
we had a wonderful stay at your hotel. the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well - maintained. the staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming most especially Manager Filippo and Marco and their entire team Adir, sasin and Gladwin who used to serve us in the Restaurant. well Done Guys .

Cheap, Quiet, and Gets the Job Done
I stayed here for five nights, and let me tell you what this hotel is and, more importantly, what it is not.
If you’re looking for an extremely affordable place to sleep without expecting luxury, Instagram-worthy bathrooms, or a hotel that has more amenities than you have outfits, this might be your place.
From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, helpful, and kind. They answered all my questions throughout my stay and consistently provided excellent customer service. And honestly, the customer service was the star of this hotel.
Now, the hotel itself? Baby, this place is older.
There are no frills here. No pool. No spa. And it does have a “fitness center.” But, um…yeah…
The breakfast is plentiful, but flavorful? Let’s just say the breakfast is there to support you, not seduce you. You will not be texting your friends about the scrambled eggs.
I ate at the restaurant twice, once for breakfast and once for dinner, and the restaurant staff were excellent both times. Attentive, friendly, and genuinely kind. And that burger I had for dinner? Delicious.
The bathrooms was clean, but you can definitely see that some maintenance and updating are needed. Nothing made me feel unsafe, and everything worked as expected. This is not a luxury hotel. It is a functional hotel with a key card.
Now, the location is where things get interesting.
This hotel is pretty far from the city center. I didn’t use public transportation, so I relied on Uber/taxis and spent roughly $90 a day on round-trip rides.
So yes, I saved money on the hotel, and then Uber said, “Oh, you thought you were saving money?”
If you want to be close to the city, have updated rooms, a pool, a spa, and all the bells and whistles, this probably isn’t your hotel.
But if you want somewhere quiet and removed from the noise of the city center, and you don’t mind an older, inexpensive hotel that is clean, safe, and gets the job done, this could absolutely work for you.
Would I stay here again? Probably not, but that’s mainly because of the location, not the hotel staff or service. The customer service was truly top-notch, and everyone I encountered was kind and helpful.
So my final assessment: older hotel, excellent staff, quiet location, plentiful breakfast, surprisingly delicious burger, and absolutely no frills.

The hotel is very good but the staff are better, who made the stay more pleasant for my husband and me, especially Haenn, Marco, the Indian guy from the restaurant and the girl from Ecuador, never change, you are very special, we will return for you, blessings

3.75/5 on average!
The service and the reception were excellent, the cleanliness and housekeeping the same, the price-quality ratio not bad because it doesn't cost much, but I expected much better in terms of the rooms for a 4-star hotel; the location is not bad, but it is a little bit far from the center of Rome, even if you have a bus stop 300 m away on foot from the hotel; the bedding was very good, well, it is worthy of a 4-star, even if they could have done better decoration in the rooms, and it was a bit old, I find, and the rooms for me deserve 2.5 out of 5 because it is very average for a 4-star.

Impeccable stay
I stayed at this hotel and I had a really great time. The rooms were always tidy, organized, and cleaned with great care. A strong point is certainly the reception staff, always very kind, polite, helpful, and ready to satisfy every need.
