Perfect location for visiting Rome

We took a room for 5, a double bed, a single and a bunk bed, between the double and the single there is little privacy as it is a single room, between the double area and the one with the sunbeds there is only the wall of the toilet to act as a bit of a "screen". Cleanliness as per standard, truly phenomenal location, the room overlooks the entrance to the Vatican museums. One flaw is the total absence of furniture, there is only some support and nothing else. The structure does not have private parking, but 2 steps away there is a private parking lot which however cannot be booked, we found a place, you pay €20 every 24 hours.

Epiphany 2024

I stayed in this Guest House for 4 days. Moderate prices compared to other locations, we are in Rome in front of the Vatican museums... practically 10 m from the entrance.
I found the availability of the innkeeper super. I found a room for 4 in security with personal electronic access keys... this made us very comfortable during the day.
Good cleanliness, good location, the only flaw is the separating walls with the other rooms of the guest house... too thin and noisy neighbors did not make coexistence easier...

Disgusting Room and Manager. Can I say “ Thief”?

Absolutely DISAPPOINTING-we walked into this room and cried! It is NOT AS ADVERTISED. Andrea needs to update photos. Our entire view was obstructed with plastic and scaffolding. We couldn’t use our balcony and the view of the Vatican entrance was not visible, like the photos show. The room dirty and dark. It’s more of a dormitory for students. I asked for a refund and was told I couldn’t have a refund for the first night but Andera or Andrea would refund for October 4th and 5th. All LIES. We have not received our refund. We had to dish out another $590.00 to stay across the street. Andrea or Andera said we could put the defund towards the room across the street. We were tired and desperate and believed this fraudulent person. PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE. It was so disappointing and it ruined our vacation to Rome. His pictures need to be removed from Booking.Com.

Perfect place to stay!

Very clean and spacious room,4th time in Rome but only first time staying in this beautiful room with a view of the Vatican museum. Most definitely will be returning and would recommend to anyone interested in visiting Rome. Photos on Air b&b really do resemble the room. A++
Thank you!

Quirky & modern, an amazing find – will use again!

I stayed here with a group of friends for one night in June as we were all attending the Pearl Jam concert at Stadio Olimpico so wanted to be somewhere relatively nearby.
We rented what I understand to be 3 of the Tiny Home apartments – each one has its own front door that locks, and inside you have beds or bedrooms (depending on the size) / bathroom / small kitchenette.
There’s also a couple of central areas with tables & chairs so that you can all mingle together.
The rooms themselves were really bright & clean & modern; the beds were very comfortable, and the shower was luxurious!
It’s situated very near to the Vatican Museum, but once you’re in the Tiny Home upstairs (it’s the second floor of a massive building), you don’t really hear the crowds or realise that you’re in such a busy city. It was a hot night so I had all the windows open & wasn’t disturbed by the noise until the early morning – shutting the windows soon solved that!
The one that I stayed in had a kettle & a microwave provided, plus a small fridge that had products available as a minibar (I didn’t have anything from that, but prices were clearly listed).
Fresh clean towels were plentiful & the whole apartment was spotless.
The mini apartments themselves are made of wood, so wooden walls / cupboards etc – I’ve attached a couple of photos that I took. But they were well-soundproofed so I didn’t hear anyone from any of the other apartments that night.
The people running the apartment were really helpful when we’d settled in – they gave recommendations for local shops, checked we were ok, and booked taxis for us (both to get to the Pearl Jam concert, and then the following morning for a couple of us to travel to Ciampino airport). So that was a huge bonus – rather than trying to organise a taxi to pick us up at 8am, Andrea organised it for us (we were communicating via WhatsApp). His English was excellent – no idea if he spoke any other languages, but it was very helpful to have a native Italian speaker when trying to negotiate a taxi to the concert etc!
It’s also really useful to have your own set of keys to the place, meaning you can come & go as you choose – so for example, when we all got back at about 1.30am, there were no issues with accessing the building or our Tiny Homes.
I would definitely stay there again, and would also recommend it to anyone that wants a relatively central place to stay in Rome (the nearest Metro stop is about a 5 minute walk away) that is clean, modern, and comfortable.
