Pet service was paid for, but...

I stayed at this hotel for family reasons.
They charged me an extra fee of 20 euros per night for the dog, and only the rooms on the ground floor.
In the room, there were no services for the dog, such as a bowl, pad, etc.
I did not see anything special or extraordinary regarding the cleanliness.
The cleaning service used the same products and vacuum cleaner as in the other rooms.
Do not justify the extra charge with additional cleaning.
Clarity for customers is not always wrong.

Gentile Cliente, la ringraziamo per la recensione e per darci l'occasione di fornire alcuni chiarimenti: l'ubicazione della camera dedicata viene comunicata già dal momento della prenotazione ed il supplemento richiesto di 20.00€ non è giornaliero ma, come indicato anche nel preventivo, si corrisponde solo al termine del soggiorno per la pulizia extra della camera in partenza... Ulteriori servizi possono essere richiesti in reception.

Getting lost in a glass of water

Occasionally for years I frequent this hotel ... I find it nice, clean and comfortable ... unfortunately, however, I always find the breakfast insufficient espresso you have to pay for it separately , very poor choice of bread, insufficient croissants after 8.30 .

Only the reception staff spoke English;
No tea-making facilities in Room;
Breakfast food trays and fruit dispensers were not kept full;
No boiling water for tea making;
Bar (alcohol and coffee) bar only open at breakfast time.

Nice hotel with comfortable bed and great staff. Convenient for our one night visit to area for a wedding.
