Terrible experience

The mind-blowing experience I had was precisely with the receptionist!!! I was catapulted into a horror movie. Beyond the fact that I tried to make a reservation by phone and this guy kept asking me the same things over and over: are you alone? But what is your name? When he already had my documents in hand, I made the payment on the site, and since he had told me he would leave at 7 because his daughter had a cold, I waited for this famous code to enter until 8. The time at which I managed to park near the property. He started making an absurd scene because check-in ended at 8; he made me get to the door, and since I was traveling with my son and my assistant, he started questioning me again about why there were two other people, and who they were. I initially tried to explain that they were on a public road and nothing prevented them from being there, seeing as we are in Italy!!!!! In short, I had to leave my son outside alone because this absurd receptionist told me that either I entered alone or I had to find another place. All this because I imagine he was watching with the camera. And to think that your priority is the guests!!!!! Furthermore, I remained imprisoned all evening because that same receptionist refused to send me the code to get back in. Terrible experience.

a total regret, a complete failure

By far one of the worst places I've ever stayed. From the moment we arrived, we were served by a man of Indian origin who tried to trick us with the city tax. He wanted to charge us 30 euros per staff member per night (absolutely insane). The other days, he was less than helpful with information. We asked for an iron, but he said it had to be returned immediately. The breakfast was nothing special, limited to sweet rolls and yogurt. The rooms left much to be desired. Dirty sheets, bed bugs, very slow internet speed, and sometimes it wouldn't even connect. The hot water pumping system was deficient. The wood on the ceiling was riddled with woodworm. The terrace was very dirty; it hadn't been cleaned for days. The wall paint was peeling off. In short, a disaster. For the price and the services, it's a bad place to stay. Please stay away from this place.

A disaster.

I don't know where to start. A disaster.
I traveled three nights and four days for a surgery of my father, what further aggravated the stay was the expectation. The cost of the stay was great and the perfect location for the proximity to Umberto I but once arrived nothing was as expected starting from the email received and signed by a young couple from the very kind tones to the photos of the rooms that have nothing to do with reality. I had to communicate with three different young people, perhaps from Bangladesh, who did not know the language and seemed to have taken possession of the facility that same day. The room was on the second floor, no elevator, and since there was no way to communicate I had to get on and off a thousand times. The wifi has never worked, the TV with registered only the 3 Rai channels (it took 30 min and a makeshift device to get to see 8), NO socket is present in the bathroom, all the furnishings are broken or adjusted to the bell 'and better, minibar present but not working, the heating is turned on only at certain times and in the holes the cold is perceived.
Icing on this rich cake, I made a huge effort to make the manager understand that the tourist tax was not due as we were there for a hospitalization, he insisted so much because "he knew nothing and wanted the money". I won by bringing the completed form.
Only positive notes clean linen and bathroom, generous size of the room and the presence of 3 windows.
Stay away from this place.

Disappointment

We left the hotel today, if you can call it that...
The rooms do not reflect the photos on booking, on April 15 I had expressly asked to have two single beds and not a double since I was with my father.
The day before I had confirmed my need by email.
Upon my arrival I find the room with a double bed.
I ask that we share the beds for when we return after dinner.
The beds after were divided BUT... probably dividing them had come out of the dust and there were lumps of dust everywhere on the floor... also to my dad they put a duvet and to me a hideous brown old double blanket folded in two so at night I suffered a lot from the heat, the blanket was also full of hair.
Breakfast is basic to say the least... this morning I saw a hair/hair in the croissants.
BUT the part that left me disappointed and disgusted throughout my stay there was... the dirt...dirt everywhere...the dust that was on the bedside table on my arrival (which was noticeable because the bedside table is black), there remained for all the days to follow! The bathroom was dirty... the indecent floor...
Never again.
Only go if you're desperate.
Almost 400 euros for 4 nights, throw in.
