A good place to stay if you want to be close to Vatican City. We were literally about a football field away from the wall of the city. It is a small boutique hotel that has old world flavor. Not much in the way of amenities but the management was good and if you just want a place to sleep for your time in Rome, lots of restaurants nearby, it is a good place to stay.

Wonderful stay in Rome

Our room was clean everyday, proximity to the Vatican, public transportation, grocery store. The owner very nice and accommodating and even the house keeper , a lot of restaurant as you exit the place. You need to let them know when you'll be arriving so they can give you the code for the building. It's on the second floor with antiquated elevator. You are only close to Vatican and castel de San Angelo but farther with other attractions

The WiFi was an issue, wasn’t working and we needed to download travel plans, also hot water was issue.

Clean, ans fresh, kitchenette was good, wish we would have the WiFi availabe, and also hoped for hot water it never got past warm.

On arrival we had no internet for 1 day. Understandable, things happen and it was fine. We purchased ours in our country of origin. Then we soon realized we were without hot water. Yes, it was hot outside but showering with ice cold water at 11pm was not comfortable at all. We were without hot water for 5 days!
