Decent for a few days

There is nobody at reception but you can communicate through WhatsApp. On the first night we had no WiFi but they gave the details the following day (through WhatsApp). The connection was strong though!
The walls are very thin and people are very loud. Not so good for sleep. But to be honest that isn’t the hotel’s fault.
A lamp would’ve been nice! But overall a good place to stay for a few nights. No big complaints.

very good value for money clean easy access to the high lights of rome breakfast was very good

i want to thanks sylvia and valentina for making me feel welcome it was my first time to rome ms valentina used her own phone to confirm by pick transfer which was 0340 am and brought me a kettle for tea no complaints will stay her again

No response at all to comms

I had a booking with this place that I needed to speak with them about. They did not answer the phone once nor did they respond to any of my emails.
Disgraceful.
In the end I had to book another hotel because I had zero confidence in them.

You get what you paid for

This was the cheapest hotel we could find for our dates and it was ok. It's a tiny hotel. Breakfast was very mediocre (croissants, muffins, toast and some ham and cheese). We wanted a double bed but had 2 singles pushed together. The whole place needed a deep clean especially the shower (as it looks like noone washed the shower walls for months!). It's half decent and we didn't expext anything amazing but it could be so much better if it was just properly looked after.

The worst hotel-bed bugs

The "Hotel" Marvi is not a hotel it is a bed & breakfast. I had the worst experience of my life when I was severely bitten by bed bugs in my neck armas and face. The breakfast was very bad. The only good thing is that the young boy that prepared the breakfast was very polite. This hotel is very bad do not stay there...you will be bitten by bed bugs.

We are sorry about the problem with the bugs. We were not aware of it. We've already taken action and we have solved the problem.
However, we would like to specify that we are NOT a B&B but a two stars Hotel, like a lot in Rome, which occupies a plan of an old roman palace.
However, we are happy to know that the staff was up to the situation and managed to offer you a proper service.
