This hotel is in a central location in Rome close to the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. We would recommend it and will use it again. Breakfast was good and shops were close by.

Great service let down by dirty walls and maintenance needed

The service is fantastic and the employees are extremely friendly. The rooms themselves are clean. The staff will go out of their way to help you, however, the hotel is in partially bad repair, so I give it three stars only. For the same money -never cheap in Rome- you can stay somewhere better maintained.
However, the walls are scuffed and dirty ...and not just a little bit, but a lot... large skids and scuffs across bedroom walls- which is incredible considering the rest of the offer. The wood on the windows has rotted out and rain flooded into my room while I was there. The drain also smelled when in use, but I realise this is sometimes due to very old properties or pipes.
If the hotel would clean and repaint the walls, this place would be more acceptable.

Stay was good as Location is great, near all major sights and metro. Staff is excellent, friendly and helpful. Hotel room (double bed) was very very small . Breakfast was good with many choices . My only feedback is housekeeping starts early (7:30-8) speak very loud and was slamming door to closet with their supplies EVERY day even on weekends . Too loud for those on vacation trying to sleep!

I absolutely loved this hotel! The location couldn’t be better—everything is just steps away. It’s about a 6-minute walk to the Trevi Fountain and only 2 minutes from the Spanish Steps, making it perfect for exploring the city.
The hotel itself is classic, historic, and beautiful, with a charming atmosphere and great views. The service was outstanding—everyone at the front desk was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable.
Breakfast was excellent, and overall, the experience exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel if you want a central location and a memorable stay!

Absolutely brilliant location for sightseeing and local shops, restaurahts etc. Very polite and helpful staff. Very clean and good choice at breakfast. Things to note: although great location, having a room overlooking the road was incredibly noisy, not a problem in the day but we found sleeping difficult. Air conditioning isn't turned on until May. No kettle in room (we understand this is very normal for Italian hotels but hadn't realised) unlike the expert of other reviewers, staff were unable to provide us one when we asked
