The room was unclean and the bathroom was full of mold. It did not feel clean or hygienic.

Worst ever

Unfortunately, my experience was extremely negative.
The room we received was completely different from what we expected based on the listing. Access was through a common laundry room, potentially accessible to anyone, and the room door was a simple sliding wooden door, lacking a real key lock and equipped only with the classic internal latch for sliding doors, a situation that did not make us feel safe in the slightest.
The hygienic conditions were unacceptable: dirty floor, including behind and on the sides of the bed, torn and dirty sheets, dirty pillowcases, presence of mold on the walls, and broken or missing baseboards.
Furthermore, instead of the double bed indicated in the listing, there was a sofa bed. The pillows consisted of simple folded pieces of foam, definitely inadequate for sleeping.
The facilities also presented obvious problems: the bathroom light worked intermittently, the sink faucet was practically detached, and the air conditioner, despite being turned on even before our arrival and left running for over an hour and a half, did not cool the room at all, which remained constantly around 30 °C.
We immediately reported all these problems to the owner. The response received was that it would be discussed the following morning. However, given the condition of the room, it was absolutely impossible to spend the night there.
We were therefore forced to leave the property immediately without using the room and to book, urgently and at our own expense, another accommodation the same day, incurring a cost even higher than the original booking.
I have photographs and videos that document all the problems described. Personally, I do not recommend this property and I hope that the appropriate checks are carried out so that similar situations do not happen again.

Orrendo! It falls apart. Don't go there.

High prices for a poorly maintained room falling apart! Very damaged bed, rotten skirting board and worn floor
And then sink moving! All documented by photos

The apartment is in a convenient location, a good spot. They clean every day. There are 3 cafes downstairs, which is a plus. Communication with the apartment management is very poor; they only respond to calls. The contactless check-in only happened after 3 calls and being asked to wait another 2 hours after the official check-in time. There isn’t a single glass in the room, and the rod holding the curtains was falling off. It was fixed just before we left. Everything in the room is very old, even the towels have holes. Our room was called "deluxe," but it was a complete deception and disappointment. The only advantage is the location, close to the metro and tourist attractions.

Didn't realise reception closed at 8pm, not normal. Turned up at 10:30pm no one answered the phone or the door. Had to pay for another hotel. Very disappointed.
