Pleasant and reasonably priced

Everything you needed and nothing you didn't. It was clean with a nice white decor and accents of red. Just three minutes walk from the Metro and I felt safe walking at all times. 15 minutes to the Termini and 25 minutes to the Colosseum.

Very poor hygiene

The experience with resident gateway has been horrible. The room regular many broken and bad things. The bathroom with a lot of humidity above it was no phone in the shower just a jet that fell from above. The days we have been have not changed our towels and on top of that came two stained with makeup and in bad shape and the bed has not come either. In the days we've been there they haven't even come into the room to clean anything. An experience I would never repeat again.

Bad service. Bad quality price ratio.

Price ratio, very poor quality. I don't recommend it. The service is terrible, they are never there to change towels or throw garbage. There is plastic cutlery and you cannot eat a single piece of fruit. Breakfast is just a coffee machine that they don't even teach you how to use..

Excellent place

We stayed here for two nights before joining our cruise ship in Civitavecchia.
Our host was Antonio, who could not have been more charming and helpful.
The rooms were modern clean and well equipped. They were also very secure.
When you consider this was less than 60 Euro a night, with a continental breakfast included, it represented super value.
With a short walk to the metro, which went to the heart of Rome in a very short time.

Niente di peggio

Pessimo,Mi hanno dato una camera con un divano letto, la cucina con il fornello attaccata al letto un frigorifero da casa un inutile enorme televisore. Lo squallore unico e sotto il letto
Dei fazzoletti usati!!!
Non ci tornerò mai piu, e lo sconsiglio
