Highly recommended!!!! Excellent B&B!

We spent three days in Rome and slept two days at Dreams Station. Wonderful welcome from Antonella, a super kind and helpful person who took care of our check-in and introducing us to the property. Super clean rooms and bathrooms. Access to the rooms and the property with personal codes, very convenient so as not to have to carry keys around the city. Services included in the stay that are not taken for granted: water to fill water bottles, coffee always available, luggage storage, towel change included, quiet rooms with TV, air conditioning, and private bathroom, quick responses to emails in case of questions. An excellent service that we will not forget! There were 7 of us, 4 adults and 3 children. Highly recommended!!!

Great choice across from Roma Termini station

Great choice close to Roma Termini train station (and Metro and bus). Literally across the street from Termini station (which has a large food court upstairs). Nice large, clean room with good AC and reasonably comfortable beds (and solid soundproof window). Small bathroom with small shower, but it's fine. A few rooms are connected to a shared kitchen (with fridge, silverware, and Nespresso cappuccino maker). Safe area and convenient public transportation to anywhere in Rome.
Smooth automated check-in: code for outside door, inside gate, upstairs area and personal room -- no need to see anyone during the stay (but housekeepers were very helpful). And a small elevator from the ground floor up (the only place in Italy without a steep climb up the stairs).

The location is great! And regardless that is across the street from termini, is very quiet!
