In troubleshooting

The most are refrigerator, bathroom ,cutlery for dining in the room, microwave coffee machine. The least are looking for the remote control of the air conditioning that the housekeeper stashed.Cold water in the early morning without knowing where to reset the circuit breaker for the hot water balloon.the neighborhood is not transcendent.

Good location

Location is good, rooms are very small, but enough for us for one night. Small hassle with check in, but nothing too serious. Some disturbance in the middle of the night with someone trying to get n the building. Please note that this is not a hotel, but B&B. Breakfast (coffee and croissant, nothing more) in the cafe nearby.

big issue with noises

We stayed here 3 days, the location is nice close to the vatican.
The room had its own bathroom, which was not as clean as i would have hoped for, there was hair on the floor, and what looked like pubic hair on the pipe behind the toilet.
The major issue is the noise. You can here EVERYTHING any noise coming from the corridor, and other peoples room. We could hear their conversations and every one of their movements (toilet being flushed, water opened, Door closing etc) till late at night 2 am ish.
If you want a good night sleep bring some noise cancelling headphones to sleep with.

Won't go back

I don't usually leave negative reviews, I always like to try to find a positive side in the structures I choose. This time I tried, but it was really tiring.
Positive things:
The only really positive thing about the accommodation is the location, the neighborhood is really beautiful, safe, and well connected, nothing to say.
Negative things:
We were in room no. 4 which presented some significant critical issues (especially for the price paid, in other capitals I have stayed in a 4 star hotel for that price).
The room is tiny, not small, just tiny, we had two hand bags but with larger trolleys it would have physically been impossible to get into the room (maybe they are not all the same size, but ours was really small, on booking you can't select the room, there is only a standard description like 16 m2, bidet, double bed, things that in reality were not valid for the room assigned to us).
The bed, despite being small French-style, has a comfortable mattress, but has a big problem: the wooden "canopy" type structure is really poorly thought out, in such a small room it is a very annoying obstacle, it prevents movement and is impossible don't crash into it (perhaps you wanted to give the room a touch of design but with a somewhat poor result).
I have been in other small rooms in the past, but they were well designed and the spaces used to perfection, there was attention to detail and the guest's comfort, you didn't have the feeling of being in a cage.
Compared to the room, the bathroom is not small but it is poorly structured, it does not have a bidet (in Italy it is not conceivable for me) and the toilet is in a really awkward position, as well as in a very small space, especially uncomfortable for tall or tall people. with a certain physicality. The shower is spacious.
Beyond everything, however, the room is very poorly maintained, the wardrobe has peeling paint as well as the structure of the bed (if you want to choose black furnishing accessories you will then have to do maintenance), the shower shelf is broken, the finishes they are not of quality (walls etc, the vintage effect is fine but this is too much).
Our room overlooked an internal courtyard so we couldn't hear the noise of the street, on the other hand we could hear the noise of the other guests and the other apartments very well, and unfortunately it was impossible to open the window as there is a fish restaurant underneath and Unless you want the smell of frying to enter your room, I don't recommend it.
Unfortunately my review is not positive, I do not recommend it and I would not go back, especially for the price paid (approximately 150 euros per night).
Ah yes, breakfast is included, but it's a cappuccino and a croissant in a bar not far from the hotel, 3/4 euros each, in short).

First trip to Italy

Bibi's was recommended to us by friends. We were not disappointed with their recommendation. Host was very helpful in guiding us to restaurants and sites to visit. Farmer's Market directly across the the street. About 15 minute walk to Vatican. Coffee and pastry was provided at small cafe down the street. Room was clean and spacious. Good air conditioner. Host drove us to airport when we were leaving which made it very convenient. Would definitely stay there again.
