Terrible experience

I have never stayed in a worse property!
Cleanliness absent, room full of dust, hair and hair both in the bathroom and on the bed, hot water absent comes out only cold and very little, noisy air conditioner, window with fixed shutters that do not close so in the morning you wake up very early for the light that comes in.
Truly shameful, not even remotely worth the price paid.
I would definitely not recommend it and would never stay there again!

Orribile, lasciate perdere questa struttura, me ne sono pentito amaramente che schifo, tutto sporco condizionatore mal funzionante, puzza di fogna peli ovunque che schifo una brutta esperienza, colazione deludente

Scarso

Pulizia scarsa (ci sono infatti peli in doccia). Condizionatore non funzionante. Biancheria da letto e da bagno di scarsa qualità. Persiana della finestra rotta. Spazi in comune sporchi e maleodoranti (cucina).

Vergonhoso, pequeno almoço café e bolo? 4 andar sem elevador!

NÃO ENTENDO COMO PODE ESTAR ABERTO.
Na reserva pelo Booking, diz que pode ser cancelado , ora quando é reservado imediatamente recebe-se uma notificação que se vai perder o valor da reserva!
o dono do hotel super agressivo, combinamos fazer o pagamento no dia seguinte a chegada (tinhamos 2 noites) e entregamos o cartão cidadão como segurança para o hotel, ora FOMOS ACORDADOS CEDO, pelo rapaz que vive no hotel para receber!!!
Fica num 4 andar sem elevador, informação oculta!
O ar condicionado não tem comando e não funciona!
O pequeno almoço é um bolo e café num corredor em pé!
A casa de banho encontrava-se num estado deplorável.
Quarto pouco limpo.
Tem como ponto positivo a localização apenas.
Vou reclamar junto das entidades correspondentes.
