It's worth it!
We had a pleasant stay at Building 15. Sara, the owner, is a lovely person who knows how to pamper her guests and satisfy the most personal requests (eg oat milk for breakfast or the possibility of bringing forward breakfast before the standard time in case of excursions)
The building occupies a very central position and is well soundproofed (the first two nights there were concerts in the adjacent square but we managed to sleep discreetly)
The beach is 10/15 minutes away and several steps on foot but you can always count on Vincenzo to reach the coast with the Golf Cart Service.
If you usually travel light to go to the beach I recommend making the journey on foot to admire the narrow streets of Rhodes.
Excellent Valet Parking Service with reserved space (located at the port at the end of the stairs), nothing to say about breakfast that satisfies both sweet and savory lovers, very spacious bedroom and bathroom with daily rassetto.

It is not with a few paintings on the walls and contemporary furniture in an old house that one becomes a boutique.
To begin with, and to give due honor to every lord, we were perfectly welcomed, served, and advised by Matteo. Except that Matteo is not an employee of the hotel; he is an accountant by profession and was there to assist the owner who was absent! Moreover, "the hotel" does not have a reception and operates on the principle of guest rooms. We booked this place through the Booking.com platform based on a description that had charmed us, but upon arrival, we quickly realized that while the description is not a lie, it is very flattering compared to reality. Access to the hotel is complicated. There is indeed a free parking lot, but it is a 10-minute walk away and has a significant elevation. Access to the rooms is via very steep stairs. Our room was spacious, and the bedding was comfortable. The cleaning left something to be desired, with pet hair on the floor. The bathroom equipment is adequate, but its design proves to be impractical with a small step just behind the sink that can cause you to fall if you forget about it. The hygiene products are in very small packets, and you need to use at least two to wash yourself. This feels very stingy for a "boutique hotel." The television is tiny compared to the room, and you need to have completed 5 years of study before you can use it. So much so that the owner provides an instruction manual for turning on the television..... Personally, we did not find the decoration harmonious and suitable. It gives the impression that furniture and objects have been placed here and there to create a mixed old/contemporary style, but it is not successful. It is not enough to put a few paintings on the walls and contemporary furniture in an old home for it to transform into a boutique hotel! Additionally, we did not feel a sense of comfort and well-being in this place. Breakfast is served in a room with no openings to the outside, even though we are by the sea. One would think they are in a basement. The breakfast is adequate in both quantity and quality and variety. This accommodation is not a hotel, let alone a boutique hotel. But perhaps this designation is intentional in order to sell a nightly rate that is far too high for the services offered. This place is nothing more than guest rooms with hotel services, and it would be logical for the price to be in line with that. Here, they are misleading about the merchandise. I do not recommend it.

a nice stay
It was a nice stay. it is not easy to manage a facility in the center of Rhodes because there are many objective inconveniences but Sara is very good at resolving them. The B&B is clean, the rooms are large, the breakfast is good. Fundamental contribution of Vincenzo, nice and helpful person, with his electric machine that takes you everywhere!

My experience at Building 15 was nothing short of excellent, what characterizes it is: the Welcoming and helpfulness of the owner of her staff, cleanliness, comfort and style.

Feeling at home
At Building 15 House Elite we felt at home.
It 'was the first time in Rodi Garganico with my friend, only three nights unfortunately, but that were enough to make us want to return, thanks to the hospitality of the Gargano and especially the welcome of the "hostess" Sara, who also gave us great advice on what to do and where to go.
The structure is very neat and clean, the room spacious and comfortable, the bed comfortable, the bathroom large and equipped with every comfort.
You just need to improve your breakfast a little bit.
Points in favor are definitely the services, such as the affiliated beach and the shuttle guided by the "mythical" Vincenzo.
