Highly recommended!

A truly beautiful, modern and well-furnished structure, located a few steps from the center and with free parking right in front.
Very polite owner and attentive to all our needs.
We will definitely be back, I recommend!

Bad.

Dark environment: To get to our room we had to access the phone flashlight. Dirty room, gloomy, with cobwebs, diffuse dust, shower full of mold (just a little 'bleach) mediocre and miserable breakfast (soft cookies, cappuccino horrible), dirty external entrance; difficult to find. Not to be returned at all. But will all these positive reviews be real?

The weekend

We stayed at this b&b for a weekend with the children, the gentleman who welcomed us was very kind and helpful, the room was clean and arranged with modern decor.
The breakfast quite satisfactory!
Definitely will be back!!

Mai più in vita mia neanche fosse l’ultimo posto del mondo dove dormire

Per carità, non mettete piede in questo tugurio. Lo staff di una maleducazione inaudita. Ho prenotato il 25 gennaio con acconto tramite bonifico, il 24 febbraio mi reco a Roccaraso , giungo alla struttura per effettuare il check in e mi dicono che le camere sono occupate. Ho perso 6 ore a cercare un albergo che mi ospitasse dopo centinaia di kilometri fatti per soggiornare li. Sono rimasta senza alloggio e sono dovuta rientrare, oltre il danno anche la beffa.
Non avvicinatevi.. pessimo

La struttura è piccola (3 camere) in un palazzo esternamente anonimo a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro, con parcheggio facile e gratuito in strada, quando entri trovi camere belle nuove e moderne, zona tranquilla e proprietario molto, ma molto disponibile alle nostre richieste di orari, caffè ecc ecc Colazione abbondante considerando che eravamo solo in 2 persone in quel momento nella struttura (siamo andati durante la settimana non nel week end). Prezzo onesto, anzi economico se paragonato a strutture di almeno 4/5 stelle che si trovano in zona. Il proprietario, siccome aveva la disponibilità quel giorno, non ha richiesto un euro in più per i nostri orari particolari. Veramente una persona onesta e non venale di altri tempi. Ovviamente è sarà il nostro punto di riferimento in quella zona.
