Bad food

Unfortunately a very bad experience. I was only in restaurant. Slow service. The worst thing was that we found a fly in the kebab, which is completely unacceptable. We will definitely not return here and I do not recommend the restaurant.

Surreal situation

Unfortunately I never expected to find such a situation, considering that on Booking it reports 8.5/10. Dirty rooms as far as possible, stained pillows and bedspreads, blind bathroom without warranty seal and with non-working vacuum cleaner. Room with broken window that did not close and shutter that did not reach the end of the ride; in all this, summer bedspread and absence of additional blankets, we spent the night freezing. Yes smiling staff, but unprepared for requests; we were told to bring the key because they close at 11 pm, but when we returned at 1.30 am a party was still going on that lasted until 6.30 am. We left the room at about 9.15am but there was no shadow of staff (behind the reception even an alarm was ringing), no other guests had found anyone and no one had any idea how to do it, we all left the keys on the counter and left. Bad experience, fortunately it was only a matter of finding accommodation to sleep one night.

I denounced them!!! Read and do not book

Crumbling structure!
INCORRECT staff.
We received two ZTL tickets at home despite communicating the license plate of the vehicle. I have been trying to call them for days and only after numerous solicitations they told me that we have to pay them because they did not make the communication (non-existent reason).
Now they're not answering their phones, they've blocked me!
I am in contact with the police and I will make a complaint to finance (they will surely find something wrong and I hope they will shut them down).
I have to pay for a mistake not mine. I'll do anything to get compensation.

Chilling.

Horrific to say the least. From the lobby it looks like a low-key hotel, degradation that fully reflects the rooms; dirty, scruffy, old. The shutter was not even working and the shower was not independent so unusable. Mattresses and pillows we don't talk about. Worst room I've ever seen.

Bad experience

Bad experience ever again. The prices do not match and I do not even the photos, the quality is poor. I ordered a kebab and inside I found only the meat and that’s it without anything. It seemed a nice to cozy place but then it turned out to be a disappointment. We also asked why the prices were different and they replied with an excuse , they did not even know how to justify themselves, and during the order the waiters did not understand the orders and had to be repeated several times. There was nothing in the menu too much confusion. Bad place, service and quality.
