The right hotel for business missions

I've been coming there for two and a half years and I've always had a great time. What you need for a quiet business mission, But the extraordinary thing is the Staff: grace, customer care and maximum availability. Bravo: no ifs or buts

Good for passage

Located at the exit of the highway and above an underground shopping center. It has a small parking lot. Minimal and rather cramped rooms but with a large bathroom. Bed too small for two people of normal build. Only one elevator unfortunately. Breakfast varies although the room is small when full of people

Ci dispiace se la camera e il letto non hanno risposto pienamente alle tue aspettative: il comfort degli ospiti è per noi fondamentale e le tue osservazioni sono preziose per continuare a migliorare. Per quanto riguarda il parcheggio e l’ascensore, comprendiamo l’osservazione e faremo tesoro anche di questo feedback.
Siamo felici, invece, che tu abbia apprezzato la varietà della colazione, anche se nelle ore di maggiore affluenza la sala può risultare più affollata.
Ci auguriamo di poterti accogliere nuovamente in futuro, magari suggerendoti la tipologia di camera più adatta alle tue esigenze, per offrirti un’esperienza ancora più confortevole.

Ugly and uncomfortable

I stayed at this hotel only one night. As soon as I arrived I got scared, the structure is very ugly from the outside: an old circular tower! I entered and certainly the inside is better than the outside, but aseptic. Air conditioning too high. Bathrooms without windows, rude and untrained staff. Calling it breakfast is madness!

Ci dispiace che il tuo soggiorno non abbia risposto alle aspettative. Comprendiamo che l’impatto estetico esterno della struttura possa non incontrare il gusto di tutti, anche se molti ospiti apprezzano proprio la sua particolarità architettonica.
Ci dispiace anche leggere che hai percepito l’ambiente come asettico e che la temperatura della camera non fosse adeguata: il comfort è per noi fondamentale e interveniamo sempre quando ci viene segnalata qualsiasi esigenza durante il soggiorno.
Per quanto riguarda il bagno e la colazione, le tue osservazioni sono preziose. La colazione è un momento a cui teniamo molto e ci spiace che non sia stata all’altezza delle tue aspettative.
Ci sorprende infine leggere del personale: cortesia e disponibilità sono valori centrali per noi, e approfondiremo quanto segnalato.
Speriamo di poterti accogliere nuovamente per offrirti un’esperienza diversa e più in linea con gli standard che desideriamo garantire.

A certainty

Excellent location as soon as you exit the highway. Comfortable and clean rooms. Great breakfast, both sweet and skipped. Friendly, professional and helpful staff.

Travelling in Italy

We saw it from the road and approached to ask for a night. The guys at the front desk super nice. Excellent room, comfortable bathroom. We were recommended where to go for a bite to eat as we were late. Super full breakfast. With parking included. An experience we would experience again.
