New Year's Eve paid €140. Empty reception I had to call and wait for staff to check in. Small room and very small bathroom with toilet and bidet placed side by side a few millimeters apart. Dirty shower walls with curtain lamps, mirror lighting, sink not working, like those at the bedside. The general cleanliness of the room is visibly poor. In the bathroom there is no flush lever, the toilet without a window has an electric aerator that does not work, and the hairdryer is missing.

A terrible experience
The hotel is located across the street of the ambulance station in Rapallo, and the entire night I was kept awake by the sirens. The street in front of the hotel is also busy at night, and the noise was overwhelming. I coudn't sleep at all.
In the morning when I left, I had to wait about half an hour after the opening time (9 am), because the receptionist was late, and the hotel was locked, and I almost missed my train to Genoa.
Furthermore, a week before my departure, they took the money from my bank account, even if the payment had to be made in cash at the hotel. When I asked them about this on e-mail, they told me I could pay at the hotel either by card or cash, but when I got to the hotel, they told me that cash is the only form of payment available. Today, on 9 October, it's been a month since they took my money, and they do not seem to rush to give them back.

Hotel Bel Sit, OR buy a consonant for Hotel Bel .
Booked +6 weeks in advance from U.S.A.. Booked $483.00 for two adults, four nights, large bed and air conditioning and e-mailed to make certain. When arrived, the room had two twins shoved together and an entire size of 3 feet by 3 feet moldy bathroom. The air conditioner was broken. The hotel is located across the street from a soccer stadium with lights and loudness during night AND an ambulance station AND in a busy street with motorcycles racing the street much of the night - lots of lights, noises, smoking coming in the second floor window on a hot, summer night without air conditioning. No breakfast or even coffee is offered. After seeing the room, a calm conversation occurred with the woman at the front desk. Her English was great at check in while talking of many Italian places to visit, giving director on a map and shared personal conversations. Then, minutes after we saw the room, we asked nicely to change for another room, due to the bathroom and air. The older woman began to not speak English well. Her response was, "You'll have to manage."
On the second night, while going to our hot, nosey and moldy room, the door to room across the hall was open. The air conditioning was flowing out the room into the small hall. It was vacant AND the bathroom alone had a sink in between two toilets, a large window AND 3 feet by 3 feet shower. We approached the front desk to switch. The 25 year old guy at the desk said the room was busy. He then said his English was not good, but offered to call another person to translate. He used his cell, had an Italian conversation, passed the phone to me - the cell had the caller name "momma." The voice was the woman from the first day. We were not allowed to switch. It was near 10 p.m..

the worst hotel ever
the worst hotel I've ever been. Bathroom was 2 sqm, you basically shower on the toilet. The sink is outside the bathroom. Rooms facing the street are extremely noisy , there's even an ambulance station in front of it.
Bed very uncomfortable and no chance of having breakfast.
They should seriously review the starring, it's should be 1 to 0 star hotel.
I feel sorry for the staff for leaving such a bad review, but seriously guys, 90Euro per night is crazy.

Buona la pulizia della camera anche se molto rumorosa. Molto scarso il servizio igienico che non risulta essere a norma per una struttura alberghiera in quanto sprovvisto di bidet o di idonea doccetta in Italia obbligatoria per legge, il lavandino crepato, la maniglia del bagno rotta non permetteva la chiusura della porta tra bagno e camera con il conseguente disagio che ne è derivato, rubinetteria arrugginita. Prezzo della camera decisamente alto per il servizio reso.
