Unreliable

On the day of our arrival, in fact, 4 hours before, they simply wrote us a message on the Booking app telling us that the room was not available! Embarrassing and unreliable service.

Strange payment practice. Neat room

The room is neat. Very good location regarding the airport. Expensive (122 €) for the offered structure which was neat but quite "passé". Upon arrival we were pressured to cancel the booking that happened through booking.com and pay directly to them .This made us feel very uncomfortable.

Terrible

Vila Matilde from Pisa cancelled my booking on a day of arrival!!! No help nor assistance in finding alternative accommodation provided! This is unacceptable and extremely irresponsible.

disappointing

Now I understand more and more the hoteliers who are on a rampage and I am sorry to have contributed in this degrading process with my Reservation in this structure dictated only by logistics and the little time available for a departure from Pisa.
I won't add anything else and I hope the photos speak for me, but you can't take advantage of people's good faith for too long.
There will come a day when there will be little to eat and someone will go hungry.

Experience not to be repeated

After being "deceived" by the excellent reviews about the structure, we went to spend the night, we were welcomed in our pajamas (at 7.00 pm) and the sheets were handed to us. When we got to the room, we uncovered the bed and found dirty and torn sheets. Very poor cleaning and no breakfast despite a very high price, requested in cash.
