The Casermina is exceptional

Francesco, the owner of the B&B, is a very friendly person and attentive to the needs of guests, who takes care of the structure with enviable precision. The cleanliness of the room and all environments is impeccable. Both the bedroom and the bathroom are spacious and well equipped. The room has a fully functioning Daikin air conditioner. It is possible to park for free in the adjacent streets or in the large parking lot nearby. Breakfast is packaged but has a wide choice: coffee, tea, cereal, bread, croissants, yogurt, milk, juices, cookies, even beer, etc... The fridge is always full and can be used at any time. If we were to return to Pisa, we would definitely choose this place again: for the strategic location that allows you to get quickly to Lucca; certainly for the cleanliness and friendliness of Francis. We highly recommend it.

Excellent place

Francesco is an amazing host, very kind and helpful. Our room and the whole property has been super tidy and nicely decorated. You can park at an open parking lot 2 mins far from La Casermina. We felt like home. :) It takes 10 minutes to reach the Pisa Tower by walk and 20 minutes the to Train station by bus.

Quiet, clean, perfectly organized, close to the center town.

The quality of this little BB is amazing under any respect. Very quiet location, and close to the center town. The owner Francesco is a real gentleman, and an experienced traveller himself. He will give you useful info and concrete help in any doubt or problem you may have met (Last point, the neighborhood is also quite a nice guy --he even invited us for a beer on his terrace)

City break

We are a couple visiting with young baby .
Very warm welcome from Francesco after what started as a manic day with storms and delayed flight.
The accommodation was spotless and modern with all that is needed to have a comfortable stay after endless walking around Pisa and Florence.
Nothing was too much trouble for Francesco (thank you )
He would help with maps, general info and always greeted us with a smile.
This place was five minute walk from bus stop number two which takes you to centre or train station. Supermarket also very close to stock up on supplies.
Would highly recommend to stay at La Casermina and if we return to Pisa again we will definitely be back.

Very nice! Do not hesitate!

Dear all, if you want to have a stop in Pisa, do not hesitate to spend a night at la Caermina.
The room we had (for 3) was very clean, well decorate and the beds were very confortable.
Francesco will give you a warm welcome, which we really appreciated.
