WHAT A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!
Flash vacation in a residence. A beautiful place overlooking the river. A welcome and kindness that were truly out of the ordinary. We had a great time. Our only regret is not having stayed a few days longer... But we hope to make up for it soon. Despite the inclement weather, we enjoyed our studio apartment with a balcony that was worth the trip. Compliments to the tireless owner and the chef. Little choice, but good and very well-prepared dishes. Just a very small note: the room was really too dark; it was hard to read a book and to cook. For everything else: thank you!

Unpleasant stay.
Unfortunately, not an exceptional experience.
As much as I dislike writing something negative, I cannot refrain from mentioning things that are fundamental to me.
1 musty and stale smell in the room, which the towels were also soaked in; since we couldn't open the windows (because there were no screens and 20 insects got in within a minute), we sprayed our own air freshener.
2 "sofa bed" for people up to 1.80 m maximum.
3 very uncomfortable mattress.

Nice Motel!
Hi, I'm Joel.
We were accompanied by the very kind Valentina in our room (one of the most beautiful!) as soon as we arrived in the room we sat down but during the stay of 5 days we noticed things. There was a little too much dust on top of the furniture or underneath. The light bulbs that went on in half and the showers that took 10 minutes to warm up. I would pay more attention to cleaning and that the lights work well before accommodating guests. Anyway it was a very positive experience I slept well and took nice walks!

Ti ringrazio per le indicazioni che mi hai dato, sicuramente dopo 5 giorni di soggiorno, avendo voi un servizio residence, quindi senza la ns. pulizia quotidiana, la polvere c'era eccome!
Inoltre il nostro non è assolutamente un Motel,ed anche in questo caso , chiederei a mamma e papà qualche informazioni aggiuntiva!

Attention
I had a negative experience because of an episode that caused me a lot of discomfort. The owner mistakenly handed over my ID to another departing customer, and I managed to regain possession of it only after almost a month.
This has led to considerable problems, including two appointments from the authorities, wasted time and the postponement of several commitments with all the apprehension that such a situation can cause.
I must admit that the lady immediately apologized and took action to try to recover the document. However, what puzzled us was the total absence of a gesture of courtesy to remedy the inconvenience caused: even a simple symbolic attention would have been appreciated after such a serious mistake, such as offering us a coffee and instead not even that...
An episode that, unfortunately, had a negative impact on our overall experience.

Weekend in Valsesia
Amazing weekend with my family around Valsesia. We stayed in this very nice and warm hotel. Restourant was amazing! Our room had fantastic view on the little stream of water just there (river Sesia). The hotel is very convenient if you want to go to Alagna but we also had fun around Varallo.
