Terrible

Terrible hotel, comparable to a hostel, it is an insult to hostels.
From the entrance you can already tell it is dirty, small dated rooms with small, dilapidated, dirty and austere bathrooms, not a window, no ventilation and mold in the corners. Dirty balcony with an old pot with dirt and trash left there who knows how long ago. The one and only positive note is the staff, kind and polite, but poor things, they cannot perform miracles on their own. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Sufficient rating

70s hotel and it shows. It needs to be modernized on the floors and in the rooms.

Terrible experience

I went on a trip with the school to this hotel.
Awful experience
The room doors creaked and did not close properly, and there were suspicious cables under the beds that should not have been there.
The room was often quite dirty even upon arrival.
The staff was a bit rude, and there were some very peculiar individuals.
The showers gave chills.
Our neighbors in the next room had to lean against the wall to listen to the game because the TV wasn't working.
The food was decent but very particular.
The bed was uncomfortable, and as soon as you lay down, the wooden slats underneath would come loose.

Absolutely NOT

Unfortunately, three stars are too many for this hotel. Very old and outdated hotel. Dirty and stained carpet. Old and impractical bathroom. Poorly functioning fixtures. Breakfast not the best. The only advantage is the proximity to the Porta Sole clinic and private parking, but for everything else, I definitely do not recommend it.

There is definitely better out there.

There is definitely better out there! We chose this hotel because it was recommended by our friends who lived just a few meters away, so the choice was based more on proximity than on the facility itself. The hotel feels stuck in the 70s; some renovations have been made, but there is still much to be done. As soon as we arrived at the reception, they made us pay for the room immediately. As soon as we got to the room, the television was not working; however, it was fine because you don’t go to Perugia to watch TV. It was just for having the news in the morning when you wake up. At six in the morning, a departing group started making noise until 8:15, and it was impossible to sleep. I decided to take a shower at least to recover, since I hadn’t slept. The water was freezing because the boiler was not working, even though the reception had confirmed to me that there were no issues. I had freezing water, so I paid €100 for not having a television, for not being able to sleep, and for not being able to take a shower. Embarrassing breakfast; the coffee is horrible, and the buffet is indescribable. Absolutely not recommended.
