magnificent experience

courteous staff, they proved to be truly helpful with our requests. The place is very characteristic and the pool and rooms are very clean

Don't go there. It's probably a scam.

Booked 3 months ago. Suspicious of previous reviews we contacted the property to verify the booking. Nobody answered us. The phone number is inactive and they don't respond to emails. Fortunately we got suspicious and cancelled the booking

Very bad experience

We have booked this accommodation online, received a valid booking confirmation but when we arrived the gate was closed, no one took our calls or opened the doors. There was clearly no one. It ended with us contacting the booking platform and booking elsewhere. Very frustrating.

VERGOGNOSO

Professionalism equal to ZERO. I made a reservation in September 2024 to spend New Year's Eve at the property. A month into my trip, I receive a WhatsApp message from a hotel employee, asking me to cancel my reservation as the Castle would be closed for New Year's Eve for a private event. I immediately contact the number and ask for explanations, pointing out the enormous damage (considering the very high prices in other structures during the period and on such short notice) and the unprofessional nature of not making even a phone call to apologize. At my request, I am contacted by the owner, who replies "the structure is mine and I do not have to explain". After magically finding a solution through Booking's customer service, I notice that the queen room with hot tub that had been cancelled for me, was back available at twice the price on the same dates. My partner called reception to ask if it was possible to book the room and was told yes. At that point, my partner asked why the room was still available since the facility was supposed to be closed for the phantom private event. My partner then told Booking that the fact had been reported to him and in response the receptionist called him a "piece of ****". A SHAMEFUL THING AND OF A UNIQUE IMPROPRIETY!

Would not return

We had to stay at this hotel on New Year's Eve.
We booked with Booking with free cancellation.
The property contacts us privately late November, saying to cancel the reservation as the facility for New Year would be closed for a private event.
It doesn't seem right, since people could have already arranged to go.
Definitely not coming back!
