Come sempre una garanzia
Dopo il periodo di fermo dovuto al COVID, finalmente sono tornata in questa stupenda struttura. Come sempre, ci siamo trovati benissimo , cucina eccellente e curata nei minimi dettagli, personale cordialissimo. Abbiamo trovato piacevoli cambiamenti, dalla nascita della pizzeria all ammodernamento delle piscine e delle aree esterne, nonché della cura per la mice en place, raffinatissima. Ormai una garanzia da anni e anni. Consiglio vivamente di venire a trovarli . A presto.

During my four-day stay at this property, I unfortunately had an experience that would be an understatement to call unpleasant. From the very first moment, the communication regarding costs was ambiguous: I had been quoted a price of €45 per room, but at the time of payment, €45 per person was requested, without any clear explanation. A serious discrepancy, which leaves a sense of lack of transparency and deep distrust.
Furthermore, the quality of the services was far from what one would expect from a hotel that presents itself as reliable. The room lacked air conditioning, despite the high temperatures, and on the first day we suffered a toilet breakdown, which prevented us from using it for several hours. An inconvenience that heavily affected the comfort and livability of the room.
We paid for pool access every day, without the slightest discount being applied for continuous use. To this is added a particularly serious episode: for two nights we were left outside the property, since we had not been provided with any access code and no one was answering calls. A situation that is not only unacceptable, but also potentially dangerous for the safety of the guests.
Finally, the breakfast turned out to be extremely poor: a simple coffee and a croissant, without water or alternatives. An offering that does not reflect the minimum standards of hospitality in the slightest.
At several moments I felt uncomfortable, unprotected and, above all, cheated. The property, as it presents itself and as it is managed, is inadequate, unclear, and disrespectful of the health and well-being of the guests.
With great regret, but with equal sincerity, I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. The lack of transparency, the poor quality of the services, and the potentially risky conditions make this experience one of the worst I have ever had in the tourism sector.

Pranzo al castello
Pranzo al castello nella sala Merlino ,mangiato benissimo io e mia moglie abbiamo preso delle linguine all’astice favolose ,servizio impeccabile ,il dopo pranzo bordo piscina caffè e sigaretta ci torneremo sicuramente ,consigliatissimo
