Excellent solution near the center - Capo area

Thanks to Riccardo for his availability and kindness, apartment dated outside but renovated internally with 3 very spacious rooms and private facilities for each room. Very convenient to walk downtown, good breakfast. Too bad about the noise, despite being on the 4th floor, it is quite noisy.... the rest all very pleasant. Recommended!

From Parma to Palermo

Nice place, very clean, convenient to places of interest and public transport. Bathroom not in the room, even if for exclusive use. Italian breakfast, plentiful. Very kind manager and generous with advice

Exquisite hospitality in a well-kept, tidy and quiet environment (behind the courthouse), convenient to the city. In particular, the manager Riccardo is particularly kind, thoughtful and available to provide valuable information.

Very pleasant and practical

First of all, a really very friendly welcome from Riccardo. In addition to giving us good advice for going to dinner...The accommodation is a large, very comfortable apartment transformed into a B&B, a very spacious room with its nice little balcony. Impeccable cleanliness certainly has been renovated recently. Very decent breakfast. The accommodation is very well located 15 minutes walk from the historic center of Palermo. A sheltered and secure public car park is 200m walk from the apartment. We really recommend it.

Comfortable room in very good location.

Excellent location near pedestrianised centre. Extremely kind and helpful host. Airy comfortable high ceilinged room with large noise-cancelling windows and air conditioning. Continental breakfast with fruit, cereals and yoghurt, excellent espresso. Very decent price.
