Good basic place to stay, location is great for getting into town. Room is clean and spacious for a single and the bed was comfy. Check out is 10am not 10:30 as it said on my booking so I was rushed out just after 10. They let you keep your bags there and give you a key to get back in so that works really well.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE

Our experience was definitely negative. Beyond the structure, what deeply disappointed us was the management's attitude.
We simply asked for an extra towel, a request that we consider absolutely normal in a hospitality establishment. The response was a clear refusal, accompanied by rude, offensive, and even insulting manners. We were treated with a lack of respect and made to feel almost wrong for a request for ordinary courtesy.
Hospitality is not measured only by the cleanliness of the rooms or the location of the establishment, but especially by the politeness, availability, and respect towards the guests. Unfortunately, in this B&B we found the exact opposite.
We will not return and do not feel comfortable recommending it to anyone looking for a welcoming environment and a minimum of attention towards the customer.

The problems started when I got there late and couldn’t get in as the telephone number provided didn’t work I had to wait for 15 minutes as someone left to get in
The person in charge didn’t know any English and communicated by google translate
I was given a room with a private bedroom which was 50 yards down the corridor not ideal for a man in his sixties
Although it says b and b in the title the property has no breakfast provided
The room itself was adequate but the b and b is located on a busy road and the road traffic, constant car horns till 1 o’clock in the morning was really annoying didn’t get much sleep so be aware
The bathroom had a musty smell and there was no hot water
There is a notice by the shower to let the shower run to get it hot but in all the time I was there it never worked and had to have cold showers
The room was not cleaned and the bins emptied in all 6 days I was there
The location was ok a 10 minutes walk to the historic centre
In all a very disappointing stay and I would not recommend this establishment to anyone looking to stay in Palermo

Good location, near Piazza Castelnuovo, where the main pedestrian road, Via Ruggero Settimo, begins. Several buses stop nearby. The hot water was rather unpredictable: quickly changing from lava-hot to ice-cold.

Very positive experience

Very precise owner, very comfortable room, very comfortable beds. Top location, close to the center and all the places that matter. When we return to Palermo we know where to stay.
