comfortable!

A nice place, friendly owner, interesting furniture. The location could be better, but botanical garden is literally across the street and you need 15 minutes to many atractions/city centre and 5 min to the main train station.

An awful experience !!!

The host was not professional. On our arrival he requested the immediate two nigths payment. We asked for receipt and he was clearly visible not "amused". The next day he came with the receipt. The appartment was dirty and under the bed we saw a lot of hair and dust. Also the bed linen and towels were not clean.The shower cabin was too small for washing yourself.The airco did not work because of absence of batteries in the remote control. And there was neither a window in the appartment to get fresh air!!! We were happy to leave this unpleasant appartment!!!

Appartamento low cost

In una vietta davanti all'Orto botanico, dove si possono trovare 1 o 2 posti auto. Non molto comodo per raggiungere il centro, ma ok per pulizia stanze e cortesia del proprietario. Economico.
Per fare colazione è ottimo il Bar Touring nelle vicinanze.

quasi tutto perfetto

non c'è che dire per pulizia gentilezza e cortesia! unico difetto, l'appartamento che abbiamo capitato noi aveva un bagno scomodissimissimo (quello verde) manca il bidè e al momento di fare la doccia si crea un lago d avanti alla porta, porta strettissima e gradino altissimo, un incubo entrare in bagno anche se forse dalla descrizione non si percepisce. consiglio questa struttura ma spero che non capitiate il primo appartamentino di sinistra, magari chiedete prima. io ci tornerei ma in un altro dei loro allogi

Bell'appartamento vicino al quartiere la Kalsa, con alcuni accorgimenti da apportare...

Siamo stati due notti in questo appartamento in agosto 2015 io e la mia compagna. L' appartamento è grande e spazioso, buona la posizione a ridosso del quartiere la kalsa, davanti all'Orto Botanico di Palermo, facilità di parcheggio, rapporto qualità prezzo accettabile.
Alcune cose che non ci sono piaciute e che potrebbero essere migliorate facilmente:
Troppo rumore dalla strada (evitabile con un diverso posizionamento del letto ed una porta maggiormente isolante), troppa luce al mattino (evitabile con una banale tenda scura), impossibilità di aprire finestra posteriore per eccessiva presenza di zanzare (una banale zanzariera alle finestre posteriori consentirebbe l'apertura e maggior ricircolo di aria), presenza di polvere (una migliore pulizia sarebbe gradita).
