Fantastic staff in a great location in Puglia
All the staff were friendly and helpful with a special thanks to the General Manager, Guiseppe, who took the time to ask us about our stay and went out of his way for us to have a special dinner on our last night.
Our room was a Deluxe room and was always clean but it is old fashioned which makes it difficult to connect phones, tablets etc. The safe only has instructions in Italian which meant waiting for someone to show me how it worked. I was told that there are approximately 70 recently refurbished suites.
I had expected there to be someone cooking hot dishes at breakfast. e.g. egg dishes.
The swimming pool area is beautiful and spacious and we could always find sun beds with an umbrella. But having my room number checked against a paper list each day to be given 1 towel and being charged €5 for a second towel isn't in keeping with a hotel of this standard.
We ate dinner at the two hotel restaurants which served delicious food.
The location is excellent for visiting the famous towns in Puglia.

Very positive experience. The structure is beautiful, well-kept, and welcoming, ideal for spending a day in total relaxation. A special mention goes to the beach staff, always available, courteous, and attentive to the needs of the guests. Their professionalism and kindness really make a difference and contribute to making the stay even more pleasant. Congratulations!

Great property in a perfect location. The staff was super welcoming and friendly, with Martina, Andrea, and Daniel standing out for their outstanding service and making our stay even more enjoyable.
The pool was excellently maintained, and the overall experience was very good. A few minor improvements could be made, such as offering more breakfast variety after a few days it was the same every day, improving the in-room Wi-Fi, and revisiting the towel and beach chair system.
Overall, these were small issues, and the hotel is definitely worth staying at. Highly recommended

Exceptional grounds and service!
We decided to stay at the Ostuni resort for 7 nights, because it is centrally located and a short drive to many of the ancient and cool cities we wanted to visit.
My wife an I found the resort to be a first class experience, beautiful grounds, delicious pool with plenty of shaded loung chairs and an accomidating staff that went above and beyond to make our stay first class. the Breakdast package was incredible. Our stay was nice that we changed our plans from driving to a different city each day to every other day just so we could relax at the splendid hotel. Rick Quagliozzi

Great location excellent facilities - pool, bar, ristorante. Checkin at 5pm is a bit harsh and peevish. For a one night stay with checkout 10am you don’t get much chance to use the pool etc
