A great location and room for your trip to Naples

The room is really nice! The bed seems king size and finally I found one very soft and comfortable! Then despite the area once you close the window you feel nothing!
It is a self check-in but Antonio is always available and sends videos and precise directions so you do not have any difficulties, as well as tips for garages and luggage storage in the area. In addition just arrived we found in the room 2 bottles ndi water in addition to other snacks. Small gesture appreciated.
The elevator is coin-operated which was predictable since we are in Naples.
The bathroom has no bidet but the rest is in good/excellent condition and with many towels, soap and shower bath available.
The area is a station but my partner and I have never had any problems and it is still a great location to move especially by public transport.

Comfortable, spacious and convenient location

Let me start by saying Antonio was a great host! He was always quick to reply, asking if everything was okay and helping in any way he can. Antonio sent through written instructions and a video showing how to check in, which made it very simple and easy. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean (better and larger than many hotel rooms). The communal kitchen was great (with a personal bar fridge in our room also), and we were given a few complementary drinks/snacks which was thoughtful. The aircon and shower pressure were the best we’ve had since arriving in Italy. The location is convenient and only 5 minutes walk from the train station, which was perfect for us.
