Excellent
Domenico is really friendly and helpfull; it makes your stay really comfortable. The place is well central, the room is clean and has many useful amenities. It's a place I recommend and I could stay again.

Do not go there at all!!!
Terrible experience!
Despite having warned of our "late" arrival with respect to check in (10 minutes), once we arrived at the property we were brutally warned by message that there would be no one waiting for us, and it was just so.
We found ourselves without a place to sleep and Domenico as well as being very rude in leaving us out for no real reason only making nonsensical excuses did not even bother to find us a viable alternative for the night (being local).
We found another place to sleep and the next day we were supposed to check in at his property but had other problems with checking in.
The check in time was from 2.30 pm to 8 pm, he writes to us around 12:30 pm demanding that we go to check in early.
We were on the other side of town and offered him a late afternoon check-in.
She made up further excuses saying that check-in had to be scheduled and that he was not physically present at the facility at the times indicated but that he went specially by appointment.
Which is rather strange since the day before we had set the arrival time at 8 pm and he did not wait for us for only 10 minutes.
Finally we were allowed to cancel the reservation (we had booked 4 nights) and we found ourselves without structure and with all the costs obviously already charged.
Tired of his misbehavior and fraud we preferred to give up his structure and lose the money. We obviously made a complaint to booking but he did not refund us because he did not accept.
Canceling our reservation himself pocketed the money and we were charged the penalty due to non-arrival at the property.

Experience not to be repeated
The owner Mr Domenico we heard before arriving only by message on whatsapp but never seen. We asked him for some information but he was unable to comply with our requests. The property is located in a building on the 6th floor near the historic center, with a lift for a fee and if you do not have 10 cents you have to walk six floors, as for the room I would say that it is cozy and clean except for the fact that the bathroom unfortunately is shared with the adjacent room and fortunately for us the adjacent room was free so we could use the bathroom at our exclusive. In the room the air conditioner / heat pump is noisy and annoying, only network 4, channel 5 and Italy one work of the TV, while the RAI channels and 7 and others are not seen at all. Daily room cleaning and linen change are not carried out, except for bathroom cleaning. Too bad.

ESPERIENZA ECCEZIONALE
Domenico è più di un host, è un supporto costante che ti aiuta per qualunque necessità e richiesta. L'appartamento è posizionato al centro e vicino a tutti i servizi (bus, metro stazione FFSS) e al centro storico. Le camere sono pulite e arredate con gusto, la vista dal terrazzino è davvero eccezionale.
Tornerò a Napoli sicuramente e sicuramente cercherò di nuovo la disponibilità del suo appartamento.

in jeder Hinsicht hervorragend
Die Lage in der Nähe des Bahnhofs und damit aller wichtigen Verkehrsmittel ist bestens geeignet, Neapel zu erkunden. Ich war eine Woche im Balconcino und wäre gerne noch länger geblieben. Das Zimmer und das Bad sahen aus wie frisch renoviert und werden tadellos instand gehalten und gereinigt.
Das Gemeinschaftsbad mit einer luxuriösen Duschkabine (mit Radio, Dampfbad und vielen varablen Körperduschköpfen) war kein Problem, weil man es nur mit einem einzigen anderen Zimmer teilen muß.
Der Vermieter ist extrem zuvorkommend, freundlich und hilfreich. Er hat alle Anfragen umgehend beantwortet und stand jederzeit für Auskünfte und praktische Hilfe zur Verfügung.
Nur ein Beispiel: Ich leide an einer extremen Schlafapnoe und bat um Auskunft, ob ich mein Atemgerät in der Nähe des Bettes aufstellen kann. Daraufhin hat der Vermieter mir vor meiner Anreise eine Konsole über dem Bett montiert, auf dem ich das Atemgerät perfekt unterbringen konnte.
Ich war schon oft in Neapel und habe die unterschiedlichsten Unterkünfte ausprobiert. Ab jetzt werde ich nur noch im Balconcino übernachten, wenn dort ein Zimmer frei ist!
