awesome staff, awesome room

We enjoyed our stay very much thanks to the friendly and helpful staff. We received a large and bright room which we loved. The Breakfast was a bit small but decent. We would have liked some fresh bread or fresh Sfogliatelle for example.
We would love to visit again another time!!

Worst hotel our entire two weeks in Italy

We did not feel safe in this area at all. There is junk everywhere outside and we were told to be very very careful walking and not to go out at night.
The pillows even had stains on them and the bed was not very comfortable. It was quiet but our room was also hot. The gentleman at the front desk in the evening was not very friendly and acted like we were putting him out whenever we asked something. When we spent the day in Sorrento we wanted to stay and not go back to the hotel. They women in the breakfast area were friendly but the food choices were very minimal.

Accommodating Staff

We stayed one night and visited Capri and Pompeii the days before and after. The hotel staff were happy to store our luggage for free during those visits. They even moved our luggage into our room on the first day. Some staff didn't speak English, but we managed to communicate. When we arrived, the lady at the front desk called someone to come over (probably from their nearby sister hotel) to translate. The room was spacious and clean, with plentiful air conditioning. However, it did not have a fridge, which Expedia said was included. The extra blanket was awkwardly more like a thick mattress cover as it had a skirt.

Very clean and nice hotel

First of all I should mention the staff. They were extremely friendly and always willing to help. Despite the fact that English is not one of their strong skills, their attitude is warm and welcoming.
The room had a balcony and was very clean.
The location is good, i.e. 5 minutes from the central train station but a bit far from the touristic area. However, taxi is a fast and relatively cheap option to fix it.
Great value for the price.

great hotel

Really enjoyed my stay in hotel Siri. Room was comfortable and big. Staff was very helpfull and friendly. Breakfast is italian so very simple. Hotel is recently renovated and looks beautifull. Ik can surely recommend staying in hotel siri! Thanks guys.!
