We booked Garibaldi Suites for two nights based on the listing, which advertised a 25 m² room with a balcony, city view, and hotel facilities including a lounge/bar area. Unfortunately, the accommodation we received was completely different.
The room was nowhere near the advertised size and felt closer to 10 m². As I am six months pregnant and we were travelling with two large suitcases, having adequate space was one of the main reasons we chose this property. The room was so small that we could barely move around or open our luggage comfortably.
The advertised balcony did not exist, and the promised city view was actually a view of an internal courtyard and construction site. Several amenities listed as included, such as bathrobes and slippers, were also missing.
Another major reason we booked this property was the advertised lounge/bar area where guests could relax or work. We planned to use this space between check-out and our flight. In reality, no such facility existed. The property appeared to be little more than rooms in an apartment building, and even the small breakfast area was unavailable for guest use.
This was not a matter of expectations versus reality, he accommodation simply did not match its description. We paid for features and facilities that were not provided. Had the listing accurately reflected the property, we would not have booked it.
We felt misled and significantly overpaid for what we received. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this.

This room was pretty crammed as a regular hotel room with extra beds added for everyone to fit. It was clean and well-stocked with towels, but there weren’t enough blankets. The breakfast was fairly good, and the service for breakfast was great. The only complaint would be that a maid told us to check out well before the actual checkout time.

Comfortable and well located hotel

The hotel is ideally located: 5 minutes walk from the central station (Garibaldi) and the Alibus shuttle bus stop that connects the airport and also 5 minutes from the historic center of Naples. The room is of suitable size with views of a pretty and quiet courtyard, away from the hustle and bustle of the Garibaldi crossroads.
Breakfast is served in the form of a varied savoury & sweet buffet including pistachio cream sfogliatelles which are a treat. The reception staff is friendly.
Only small downside: I was told at the check in that breakfast was included then the next day, I was charged 7€ per day. Similarly, it was clearly stated in my booking that all taxes were included and I was tried to pay 14€ tourist tax! reduced to 7€ finally ... and all in cash. Not very professional and especially not very honest...

The staffs were really nice and helpful. The breakfast was bare minimum. Location is very good close to Central Station, I felt the area a bit unsafe but being a metropolitan city i think it’s expected at city centre.
