Perfect location, but some disruptions to fix

We stayed at the Bien-Bì for two nights and overall it was a decent experience. The highlight of the property is definitely the location: it is located in the center of Naples, perfect for visiting the city and reach the main attractions on foot. Breakfast included, although the first day the bar was closed; however, the common area offers candy, coffee, tea and snacks, which were appreciated. The host was very kind and responded promptly to our questions.
There are, however, a few things that can be improved. Cleanliness of the room was not optimal, with the floor appearing not to have been swept. The room, although small, is still adequate for a short stay, but the path to reach it is a bit uncomfortable due to the very steep stairs and the absence of an elevator. Another problem was the air conditioner: once turned on, it would never turn off, and to turn it off we had to cut the power, staying in the dark and using torches. In addition, there is no fridge in the room, only one in the common area.
Overall, I would recommend the Bien-Bì for those looking for a central accommodation and have no special needs, but there are definitely some details that could be worked on to improve the guest experience.

Holiday in Naples

My wife and I stayed for five days at Bien-bi. Located at the top of Via San Gregorio Armeno. The room is clean and equipped with air conditioning.
Convenient location to underground Naples, the Veiled Christ and many other things. For breakfast vouchers are given for use at the bar below the house. In the corridor there is a corner equipped with fridge, kettle, coffee maker, a few bottles of water and snacks. The rooms are located at the top of 3 flights of stairs without elevator therefore not indicated at all.
Happened to make another visit to Naples we will definitely return!!

Beautiful weekend!

Pleasant stay in Bien-bi' thanks to the owners Annie and Gianmarco. They were kind, helpful and professional. Excellent breakfast served in the partner bar. Ideal solution for those arriving by train

Absolutely recommended!

We stayed two nights in this splendid B&B equipped with all comforts...herbal tea in the morning for example...then very central and absolutely quiet...clean and spacious...in short, we highly recommend it also for the kindness and precision of Gianmarco. Naples wonderful city!

Very well

Excellent location. Price at the height.
Bedroom and bathroom in the historic center.
Very clean.
Attentive and accommodating manager as well as friendly and attentive.
Only flaw: second floor without elevator with really steep stairs. But everything else makes up for it very well
