Bed and Board saved my life.

This place saved my life. I was denied access to my flight. I arrived at Naples airport at 3:30 am to board my 6:30 am flight only to discover that I was removed and booked on the same flight for the following morning. Well, I was by myself, with very little money left and my credit card almost maxed out. I was extremely upset; the customer service representative told me to check into "bed and board" a place right next door to the airport. I booked a capsule, check in was at 3pm. I read the reviews to which were not too good, but with nowhere else to go, I figured how bad can it be. The man at the desk was super helpful (i should have gotten his name). I asked to be put near the desk since I was alone, he did. I got settled, took a shower, relaxed, went to the airport, ate and grabbed some water. Went back charged my phone and went to sleep. I got up at 3 am, freshened up and walked the 5 minutes back to the airport. The other guests there were fine, we seemed to be there for the same reason. Please do not go by what some people have reviewed. Is it the Taj Mahal, no, but it is a clean, decent place to stay when situations arrive at Naples airport.  I thank God for this place; it literally saved my life. Thank You, Bed and Board!!!!!

While this is clearly not marketed as a luxury accommodation , I was rather disappointed with the experience . I arrived at Naples airport late and thought I’d give the capsule hotel a try to hopefully get 4-5 hrs of sleep before an onward connection.
Ahead of arrival I received a message from the hotel with “policies” (kindly observe being quiet after 10pm , no talking on phone while inside capsules etc) - all very good policies , but they mean nothing if the staff don’t enforce them .
My allocated pod was 68 - right by the passage to the public toilets so that everyone time someone went to the bathrooms , the doors opened with a bang , hardly relaxing to fall asleep. When I arrived after 10pm (close to 11pm), there was only one staff member at reception and there was no urgency in checking people in - I’d expect a speedy response when you know most guests are there overnight . Not falling asleep till midnight (due to noise ) I went back out to reception saying I couldn’t fall asleep with the noise of people walking in / out of bathroom , the agent said unfortunately no alternative was possible before 1am ( no point for me when I know was aiming for 4:45am wake up call)
Ultimately I fell asleep after 00:30am
Yes , it was Friday night and summer holiday so likely full to capacity - but sleep quality ? None .
I didn’t use the showers (extra charge) but will note a number of toilets were out of action (male toilets )

Great location, so long as you don’t want to sleep

The location is fabulous, so long as you don’t want to actually get any sleep. The ‘pod’ I was given had no TV or air conditioning, it was 33 degrees and 70% humidity. To add to the discomfort you could hear EVERYTHING going on in the pods around you. The door to the communal bathrooms was right next to my pod, which slams every time someone uses it.
The bathrooms which weren’t out of order were filthy, admittedly it was 11.30pm, however I was only staying one night.
When I went to check out (and complain about the stay) there was nobody at reception, I waited for a while but gave up eventually and just left.
I wouldn’t have rather pitched a tent in the car park, there would have been no difference.

Horrible

Hotel of horrors, dirty shared bathrooms without toilet paper, rooms with only a broken television, rude and impolite night staff; I absolutely do not recommend it.
