Bad experience: unusable structure, absent assistance and unacceptable hygiene conditions.
Our stay at B&B Romy Napoli was an extremely negative and uncomfortable experience for the whole family.
We were 6 people (3 adults and 3 children aged 7, 11 and 17) and had booked two rooms with private outdoor bathrooms. The check-in was handled in a hurry by a person with obvious difficulties in the Italian language, who quickly left without giving us time to check the status of the property.
Once alone, the real situation proved unacceptable:
Hygiene: widespread mold on ceilings and walls; dirty refrigerator and coffee machine; sheets in conditions that force us to sleep clothes to avoid contact.
Safety: electrical system not in compliance; the use of the air conditioner blew the power; presence of flying cables and overloaded sockets, dangerous situation especially with minors.
Services: total absence of hot water.
Maintenance: dilapidated and unstable furnishings (unsafe cabinet, unfixed TV), damaged front door, missing bulbs.
We tried repeatedly to contact the host to report problems, without receiving any response.
The conditions found, documented with photos upon arrival, make the structure unsuitable for hospitality, especially for families with children.
Negative experience. Structure absolutely not recommended.

Worst bnb I’ve been
Me and my friend booked a room in this accommodation.
As soon as we entered the apartment we noticed that the private bathroom was outside of the room, in a shared area.
The bathroom had mold in the walls and inside the shower. The showerwas very very small and there was no hot water, just ice cold water. The sink was also bad, the water wouldn’t go down.
The room looked tidy, was big, had a tv. The AC didn’t work and that was particularly bad because it was a really hot day outside (36ºC), we were all sweaty, couldn’t take a proper shower because of the cold water in the bathroom and couldn’t sleep because the bedroom was extremely hot with no AC.
We also found a problem related to the door lock as it is so bad that the key was spinning around for a long time before it could be opened, we thought we couldn’t get inside.
Lastly, the area was very noisy and we had to “sleep” (or at least try to) with the window open.
Wouldn’t recommend, bad experience!

Very bad
Highly discouraged, we had to stay three nights, but on the second we escaped, ugly neighborhood dirty, the room big enough the noisy air conditioner. The bathroom (dirty shower full of black limestone from the shower head comes out the water at times) is not in the room but in a corridor in front of the room the toilet has a tablet that stands miraculously and to pull the water must pass at least 30 minutes from one person to another because there is neither enough for everyone. In short, HORRIBLE

HE DOESN'T EVEN DESERVE A STAR
me and my partner booked a room in this accommodation, as soon as we arrived (about 1pm) we wanted to enter the room to at least store our luggage, but the room is the bathroom were not even ready and we had to wait despite the check-in had to take place strictly by 10am.
As soon as we entered the apartment we immediately smelled an almost nauseating smell coming from the corridor communicating with the private bathroom and the other rooms rented to third parties.
Later we entered the bathroom we immediately noticed the presence of mold in the walls and inside the shower, more precisely throughout the non-slip mat placed on the shower tray. Not to mention the condition of the sink faucet completely rusty and dirty, like the rest of the bathroom.
At our evening entrance for the night the room looked tidy, but the following days we realized that the sheets were never changed and the broom was never even passed on the floors. Inherent to the room, it must be said that when you book on booking and inside the structure it says that coffee and tea are free, but there is only a kettle with already in the water who knows how long. Already the first night we realized how noisy the bed was, it seemed to sleep in camping cots. The apartment was shared with other people but you should still ensure privacy, instead at night you could hear everything going on in the next room.
In addition, we also found a further problem related to the door lock as it is so bad that the key was spinning around for a long time before it could be opened.
Lastly, the area was very dangerous, ambiguous people were wandering even at the entrance of the building and in the street of the apartment there was a continuous noise of cars, mopeds and screams.

I definitely wouldn't recommend it
Overall neglected building, tidy apartment at first, but in reality we found, specifically, the dilapidated bathroom with the shower without a shower head, badly placed bathroom toilet seat, drain that only worked in the evening because it was not used during the day. Mold evident on the ceiling. The room passable
