Horrible experience

The worst experience I have had with accommodation, the room was nothing like the photos, small and dirty bathroom. In addition to this, the woman who works there named Carolina is a racist person with aggression issues, she woke us up at 8 in the morning by kicking the door, we recorded everything on video because we were truly afraid she would attack us, I do not recommend it for anything in the world.

I stayed at this property for 3 nights,
The building where the B&B is located is a very nice historic building in Naples although little cared for tastes of old people as the dated rooms.
Mine the number 6 is spartan with a bed where you sink in and a bathroom with a shower full of mold.
Cleanliness is barely enough, the staff is friendly but the door has a damaged and badly run lock.
The TV doesn t work and I was fixed the last night.
The safety of the electrical system leaves much to be desired. The price is exaggerated for the services offered.
Positive note is the neighborhood where it is located equipped with all services and very elegant Chiaia.
Experience not to be repeated.
He deserved 2 balls but I put three just for the kindness from the staff

Only the great location

Starting from what more went best, friendly and helpful staff, great location. The very old structure only the newly renovated facade, the dilapidated staircase, old and dirty, the creepy elevator, I preferred to walk up, the rooms with dirty floor from previous guests, the beds (if we can call them so) a mattress resting on a cot not very stable and creaky, the bathrooms (save who can) small and dirty, the shower all lined in black, sink 30cm, bidet practically unusable for the position in which it is located. Ceiling did not reach 2 meters. Here I strongly advise against the same price is much better.

Horrible.

We stayed 4 days at the beb with friends, it looks like a dilapidated former basement room, with a very low ceiling, dirty and smelly, very uncomfortable and not stable bed, a mattress resting on a rocking bed basement. Bathroom with shower and sink very small, no window nor vacuum cleaner, bad experience. Pretty convenient location in the center.

very kind staff but dilapidated structure

The location of the property is great, with all transport within a few meters.
The building outside is nice and the staff friendly and helpful.
The B & B, however, is horrible, the dirtiest and most dilapidated place we have stayed in many years of travel... Everything is old, broken and dirty, both in the small reception and in the room: the few dishes and crockery in the kitchenette already dirty when we arrived; in the (dirty) wardrobe there were very few hangers, broken and rusty; in the whole environment there is no coat rack or something to hang jackets, clothes on; the floor is dirty and ruined; the sofa bed full of stains, I never sat there because it bothered me just to look at it...; the uncomfortable bed, with almost non-existent bedside tables; light bulbs electrocuted; the dirty bathroom, the clogged sink and as a support a single 20x20 cm shelf, in such a bad way that you could not lean on it anything fell on the floor!; the broken toilet board...
Then no convention with any business, no city map offered on arrival...
The price paid is exorbitant and unjustified in view of the bad service offered.
In short, experience definitely not to be repeated.
