Find another hotel!
The room was located on one floor under renovation. The room was not only poorly set up but also full of dust. I don't even want to comment on the answer I was given at reception when I complained about the scotch on the floor in my room. The answer is unqualified and rude.
Then, we were put in a dingy little room for dinner with 2 waiters leading from the kitchen to the room. We waited 30 Min to pass the order. But at least the waitress apologized. (there was a restaurant room but we could not access it for dinner).
In the morning, we had a barely decent breakfast in the restaurant room which should be new according to the photos but was not pleasant at all. At 8.45am, the waitresses began cleaning the floor with the bucket and rag and moving all the tables to arrange a lunch with large tables.
Bread was a bread drawer cut by hand.
No manager ran the room. Again., like dinner. 2 waiters who do everything in a disorganized way. Rushing to clean a table and leaving cleaning supplies on the table, not checking if anything was missing on the buffet. With cold cuts not stored in the cool. All wrapped up. No fresh fruit. Industrial cookies and pies.
At the reception, on our arrival we were not even informed that there was a swimming pool! But we didn't find nice information about the pool on the internet. She looks pretty bad.
I forgot... the mini bar was empty and not working.
