This is one of the BEST hotels in all of Italy. We have stayed at multiple properties throughout our Italian road trip and this is one that checks alot of boxes. Great price, Amazing air conditioner during this heatwave, friendly staff!

Great place to stay 1 night if you have a car. No supermarkets or restaurants near by. If you choose option to pay when arriving which is also more expensive option; be prepared that payment will be anyway blocked from your account 1 week before arrival. Better to pay lower price in advance.
I gave feedback about this and got ice cold service when checked in.
Breakfast does not meet my expectations, no fresh and healthy options.

This is a newer hotel in the industrial part of Modena.
Great hotel, breakfast was very good.

Good hotel to stay 1-2days. You need to have a car as hotel is not in the walking distance from Restaurants or shops. Clean and modern hotel, big rooms. No pool or terrace to relax. Hoping something fresh, fruits, juices etc for the breakfast.

Room was clean, comfy and very spacious for our family of 3. Nice modern room and hotel. Breakfast was included and wonderful. I would definitely stay here again.
